This restaurant is great!!! Appetizers were delicious( fried yuca and fried calamari) and for the main course we had bacalhau assado and chicken strogonoff( Brazilian style). We are already planning to go back next week! ❤️

Saw that this place just opened and we HAD to try. We walked in and the staff was incredibly friendly. We ordered the rodizio and they brought a plethora of sides including rice, beans, collard greens, yuca and salad. Then the rodizio: amazing. Different types of chicken, pork, and steak. Absolutely amazing and extremely well priced! Will be coming back!!

The water and bread and butter were really
delicious. We were seated before 630 (for our party of 4). Ordered our appetizers and main courses before 645. Waiter was very nice but new. By 730 we still had not been served ANYTHING.
We spoke to the manager and the owner who were apologetic but but said the food would be coming. Of course it was coming. Platitudes. Owner went back into the kitchen, never to be seen again. Finally a salad came out but still no other food.
4 women came in about 10 minutes after us, and they had already had their appetizers and were eating their main courses. We were so annoyed that we got up and left at 745, so we have no clue how good or bad the food was. I don’t recall EVER walking out of a restaurant before, and I am in my 70s.
I don’t blame the server, but the kitchen and the service SUCKS. If the owner had offered to give us free drinks, or comp us for some of the food, we MIGHT have stayed, but he was clueless when it comes to customer relations.
If I could give them negative stars I would.
See the review by someone else from April, 2021. I am in total agreement. STAY AWAY
Oh, and the restaurant used to be a Chinese place. The tea cups and plates seem to have been leftover from those days, and the chairs had Chinese carvings on their backs. Really set the mood for authentic Brazilian.

We had a wonderful time. It was our first visit to Long River Chinese Restaurant in Kings Park. The food was very good. The ambience was lovely…..(lights could be a little lower.) The service was WONDERFUL!! Pagman and Robin entertained….they were terrific, as usual. No wonder we follow them around!! The owner was very personable and the staff couldn’t have been better. We will be making this one of our regular restaurants.

Food was amazing! My husband and mom had the rodizio, they said all the meat was delicious (just alittle too salty) and they were stuffed! I had the skirt steak-it was so tender and full of flavor! The sangria is a MUST! The service was the best part of the whole night-they made us feel so welcome and we’re so attentive. We will definitely be back!

We were a party of 23 and we were all happy with our experience. The food was delicious and abundant. The staff were amazing and very attentive. Most of us had the rodizio and were extremely happy with the selection of delicious meats. The others that did not ordered rodizio, they also praised the food they had. Overall, great ambiance, delicious food and attentive staff.

I live locally and was impressed with all the apparent effort to upgrade the landscaping outside of the restaurant, so I decided to give it a try along with my son. Well, this is the first time in my entire life (and I’m 74) that I can honestly say that I was unable to eat any of the relatively expensive dish I ordered; the so-called “meat” consisted of nothing but gobs of far and bone and I almost threw up before I could spit the stuff out. I tried each and every piece and was astonished that there wasn’t one decent piece of meat on the entire plate, the rest of which was basically black beans and rice. The service was mediocre, and the decor certainly didn’t elicit thoughts of Brazil as the new owner apparently decided to save money and keep the old carpets and chairs from when Chinese food was served. My son did not get the dish he ordered, but, rather than wait longer than we already did to get served, just decided to make due with what was put in front of him. I can honestly say this is the worst dining experience I have had in my entire life, and I’m 74–no spring chicken! I am surprised they are not out of business yet.

Went last weekend to see Pagman and Robin. They were fantastic but the new NEW management was terrible. We ordered our food and drinks (first table seated) After an hour of seeing everyone around us served we went inside to inquire where our food was. We were told they came out and couldn’t find us??? There were 6 of us that never left the table. Then they said there was a mix up. We asked for our drink check. Then as we are waiting for that the waitress comes over and asks if we are ready to order??? The bartender tried to make things right by buying us a round. This is our third visit under various management. Haven’t had good service yet.
