Best eggs in Catskill! We got a bacon, egg, and cheese and it was perfect! The bacon was crisp and thick, the egg was cooked perfectly, and the lemon dill aioli was ADDICTING!! The people behind Egg Man are also major sweethearts. An all around perfect breakfast experience, it’s a pro move to munch while wandering the farmers market!

The Eggman breakfast sandwiches are SO GOOD! The english muffins are locally made by See & Bee, the eggs sourced from local farms, the sauces are made by the chef. Every ingredient is chosen with care and the whole sandwich is put together beautifully! And the couple who runs it are so dang sweet. To top it all off, the Catskill Farmers Market has so much more to offer right next to Eggman! Grab your coffee or tea, some local honey, fresh bread, veggies, flowers and more! ❤️❤️❤️

Eggman makes a delicious breakfast sandwich! I had a bacon, egg and cheese plus opted to add a hash brown patty which was a great decision. The egg was cooked perfectly and the lemon dill aioli was an amazing addition that elevated the whole sandwich. A great price for the amount of food you get. All locally sourced ingredients cooked to perfection.
