Since moving to twinsburg my family has ordered pizza every friday from this location almost exclusively. Up until about the end of the summer, I was always happy with speed and quality.
I dont know what happened but in the past 3 months, ive had to reach out about incorrect toppings, orders delayed by several hours, and now opening the box and finding the pizza mangled in the box its laughable at this point.
Ive gotten free pizza coupons, and literally the next week the order would be wrong. I dont know if its under new management, or if the Friday team plays Frisbee with the pizzas before sending them out the door, but id like to hope someone sees this and can make some adjustments.

Used to be good. Now they skimp out on food too much. Last order I got less than half bowls of pasta. Called to ask if this was normal, the guy just hung up without replying. I was polite throughout the interaction. You just lost a local, repeat customer.

One Pizza came with long black hair on it the other pizza was made wrong the guy who answered at 635 had the nastiest attitude very rude I had to call twice because I was on hold long the first time but I simply asked did any of their workers have long black hair he said no I explained how I received my order and the guy had an attitude with every response I had my order delivered / tipped and was told to come back to the store that to fix the issue but who wants a remake from anyone with an poor customer service attitude and I was hung up on while getting a resolution. Terrible service 10/10 do not recommend

Whoever is currently working at 1:00 pm on monday the 6th is absolutely useless, I called yesterday asking to speak to a manager and he told me that the manager wasn’t there to call the next day, So today I called and he immediately put me on hold for 10 minutes, Keep in mind I used to work for dominos so I know how it works, and at 1 o’clock on a Monday, There’s absolutely NOTHING going on. I had to call again just for him to tell me that he actually IS the manager And he lied about not being the manager yesterday so he could get out of the phone call, If you want to call up a Domino’s to make a simple order or ask a simple question and you want it to be the biggest headache in the world. This is the dominos to go to!

I used to order pizza from this location all the time. Something has changed the last couple months. I’ve had an order arrive an hour and a half late and cold, after I had already called the store to see what was going on. Today, the same thing happened, I called too, but this time the pizza never arrived. Doesn’t make sense that a pizza company can’t deliver one pizza…something else is going on there …

I like the food their service sucks. I order almost every two weeks. Every time I order from them I specifically ask not to cut the pizza but they keep repeating the same thing. Today was the fourth time and nobody have that time to go back and forth to get the new one..

Placed an order at 12:30, order is still out for delivery at 2pm. Called the store to ask for an update and the guy on the phone just says “we get busy on saturdays” and hung up on me. I understand being busy, but the food has been in transit for a half hour now. The staff was so rude

Just finished eating from an order that we picked up at approximately 6:45 PM – 6:50 PM today…hard to judge the time based on detour in Twinsburg…Cheesy breadsticks were excellent…Pizza not so great…We ordered w/sausage and onions…nothing else added…Was dry and the amount of sausage was minimal and seemed only to be on 4″ from the center of the pizza and nothing on the other 2″ from the top down…Pretty sure I counted 3 to 4 pieces of sausage on each piece…which were about the size of dimes…Onions were spread over the entire pizza…Quite disappointed to say the least…Just needed to share…
