Let me start by saying, the employees are very friendly and are always making people laugh while walking through the door.
My complaint is that whenever we do a pickup order, it’s wrong. I will double check the receipt just to make sure we put it in correctly. We usually get toasted sandwichs and everytime we have gone they havnt been toasted. Or sometimes certain veggies will be missing or random veggies will be added.
As much as I like the employees at this establishment, I would suggest the subway on Gilmore instead

Good quality bread and condiments. Staff is friendly. It can get busy, but usually doesn’t create much of a wait.

The Subway staff greeted me when I went inside, and they were very friendly the entire visit. Our sandwiches were made very well, they were made just the way I requested. My complaint is that the bread was dry, as if it had been sitting out all day, but I didn’t notice until we got home and started eating. The bread flaked and crumbled into pieces as we ate our sandwiches. The other ingredients were good. 5 stars for the staff, but -2 for the bread.

Took my dad here because he likes the sandwiches but sometimes he can be a handful. The girl that took our order took him in stride with a great smile and made us an excellent sub. Can’t thank her enough.

Hands down the best Subway I’ve ever been to! I’ve been to many Subway restaurants across the US while travelling and none have come close to the quality of the sandwiches this Subway makes, and the great customer service of the employees.
I have dietary restrictions and they’ve enthusiastically helped me by checking ingredients and changing gloves to avoid cross contamination. They load up the sandwiches and the ingredients have always been fresh. I have never left this location unsatisfied, and have brought friends and family into this Subway and they’ve all agreed this Subway is amazing.
Great employees, great quality. If you have a bad experience here you’ve surely caught them on an off day.

This subway is so slow. It’s 5:30 and there is one employee that is working. This is one of the busiest parts of town, so you would think they would have more than 1 person working during the dinner hour. I recommend going elsewhere, unless you have a half hour to kill waiting in line.

The employees here are slow and they aren’t very mindful of the customers.
My worst visit here was when I arrived while a customer was midway through ordering four footlongs. They only had one employee working at the time, and so I politely waited for that customer to finish her order.
Then when it was my turn, the employee started on my sub, but then she stopped midway and started on the orders for a large family that came in after me. That family ordered three footlongs and two six inch subs, for all of which I had to just stand there and wait.
This was one of my worst Subway experiences, and because of the two large orders, I was standing in line for about 15 or 20 minutes.
Again, I had no issue waiting for the first large order to be completed, but I totally shouldn’t of had to wait for the second large order that came in after me when all I was ordering was one sub.
