I loved this Dunkin, the employees who used to be here were quick to acknowledge you, and payed attention to your order to make sure everything was correct and overall they were very pleasant. I stopped coming to this one about a year ago, but due to my favorite location being renovated, I’ve come back here a few times, and I’ll be very thrilled when the other location is back open again. Customer service is little to none. I’ve stood there for 15-20 minutes and have made eye contact or said something to current employees to be blatantly ignored. Mobile orders have been wrong almost every time I’ve done one there. No point in trying to get an employees attention, you 9/10 won’t get anything anyway. It’s very disappointing how downhill this place has gone down. I will say though, the food is still pretty good (if you receive it), so that part I can give a positive review for!

I have ordered the same coffee from multiple Dunkins for years. I ordered the same from this location yesterday and it was fine.
Today it’s just disgusting. I asked for a different cup because it was so bad. It tastes like the same messed up drink was poured into a different cup and handed back to me.
I just gave up and threw it away at the gas pump.

I placed an online order and called ahead asking for bacon well done. When I picked it up it was just a pile of uncooked bacon sitting on top. Also they used my box as a way to clean off their knife. There was guac everywhere. I usually love this place so I’m not sure whats going on. ☹️

I love this place so much everybody that works there is always so friendly and so precise on my orders it’s really nice to be able to go somewhere with great service and great coffee like this I visit this place about three to four times a week before I go to work
