It makes me so sad that every other time I get food from here its terrible. Sometimes its great, but more times than not, the rice isnt cooked all the way, the chicken texture is rubbery, and the chips in the bag are half fresh and half old and hard. Majority of the the staff is super rude. They act like the customers/doing their job are such an inconvenience. I love Chipotle and was so excited to have one closer, but I dont think I’ll be coming here much at all anymore. Super disappointing.

This restaurant used to be good when it first opened. Today my wife and I went in to grab some food and eat in, the service was alright, the employee who wrapped my wife’s burrito said “sorry I’ll try” then proceeded to wrap up the burrito like a 5 year old. The steak and chicken weren’t hot, or fresh, very underwhelming. After we sat down we noticed the drink station was an absolute mess and the drinks in the mixers were empty enough to not fill a cup. When we went to leave, the trash was literally so full and spilling out that I had to shove my trash down into the can. Disappointed.

Employees should be motivated to do a better job by GM. We only frequent when my baby girl is in the mood.
Offering free drinks is cool, but fresher food & employees who desire to make satisfied customers is preferred.

Horrible service! Tables were filthy, garbage piled everywhere and very poor communication. I was told 9 minutes for plain rice… 15 min later when I asked about it I was told 20 more minutes and the manager argued with me about what she herself told me

I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff was inattentive, the steak was so undercooked you couldn’t even eat it, and the drink station was a mess. The worst part was how full the trash cans got, people starting leaving their trash on the floor/surrounding table. The lack of care does not go unnoticed. Save yourself time and money and find somewhere else to eat.

Stopped in on a road trip. All of the meats were dried out and at the end of the batch. I asked if they had more meat and the gentleman said they had some coming out. Then I asked for steak, which he tried to give me from the line, and I told him I didn’t want that steak because it was dry. He tried to tell me it had just come off the grill. That’s when the grill cook spoke up and said that the steak on the grill would be ready in 3 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting. I told him I’d gladly wait. Then as my bowl moves down the line, the lady at the register seems frustrated that I don’t want the dry steak and would rather wait. I don’t understand why at 1:00pm the entire line looks leftover from yesterday. This is a BUSY EXIT, the food should have definitely been fresher. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and simply wanted to wait for the meat off the grill, which apparently was asking for too much. Super disappointing. I left without anything

Rice is undercooked and crunchy every time, out of something for almost every order, but you dont know till you get it delivered, meat is dried out. Went in one time to have it corrected and was told they would make a new order, the lady then answered her cell phone and didnt come back for 25 minutes, leaving us just standing there.

Went to chipotle today it was not like the experience I’ve had before. They were super quick very nice and I got a lot of protein on my burrito. If you had a bad experience with this place, I would definitely come back and try it again.

Ever since this chipotle opened the portions have been terrible compared to other store. This was a “salad” I just received. Pretty sure a salad has a lot more greens. Didn’t even fill the container.

Where do I start? I walk in and an employee is yelling out profanity. Then we order, (girl who was serving me was very polite) and I then used the bathroom which was dirty. The beverage are a was filthy. And it was not busy. I only saw 1 or 2 other customers while we were in there. I ordered the carne asada as a salad and a water. $20 later, I couldn’t even cut the steak, couldn’t chew it, could barely pull it apart I almost choked twice. After a deer bites in and trying to eat around the meat, I decided it wasn’t palatable. I told an employee it was awful, and he saw that I had barely eaten anything. His response: “Ok, we’ll look into it.” What! So I cleaned up spot m, tossed the crap 2
