Dark skin lady who works at night and she wears glasses and usually wears a baseball cap Likes to mean mug people as if she has an issue. I’m starting to get uncomfortable coming to wawas especially at night because some of the workers are so rude for no reason what so ever. I get it if the customer was being rude back, but I’m minding my business and I’m getting mean mugs from this woman every time I enter into this Wawa. Like get a grip. I don’t know nor remember her. So idk what’s the problem. I’m going to start visiting royal farms at night. Because Wawa workers night staff are looking at some of us as if we done entered into their homes without any notice.

Products are not stocked consistently. Staff does not bag items when a bag is requested. When the bags were free my items were bagged every time. Why is it that when I have to pay for a bag I now have to bag my own items? When the staff is overwhelmed or at the end of their shift they act chaotic. I went to pay for my items with cash and the cashier could careless about whether my change made it into my hands. I see why wawa added the self checkout in their stores. Their employees suck and they hope to replace them with robots or some other machine that can do a better job. Got to be honest wawa was a great store when the employees use to manually take food ordered and you could get cold cuts feom the store

The gas associate was working at 5:30-5:45 pm, he was very rude. I tried to help him out by pumping my gas (i told him that beforehand) and he shut my pump off before i could even start the transaction. He was also the one associate on the gas pumps at almost 6 pm, rush hour.

Ordered Deli today around lunch time. While waiting for my order i seen three people return with their food due to it being messed up. Mine was messed up too! Had two people behind Deli. They need to slow down and read the order step by step. The majority of the orders shouldn’t be messed up.

Walked in at 4:45 this morning to find the girl working in beverage just standing there while my order was on the screen when all I ordered was an espresso shot. I walked to the register to pay for my order, to find that there were absolutely NO sizzilies! Very disappointed and dissatisfied, please do better, Wawa!

This is not my normal Wawa, but had to come over this way so I stopped to get a breakfast sandwich. There were none left, but Jose offered to make one for me and Victor was the friendliest Wawa employee I have ever encountered. The manager of this store should be proud of them.

I go in at 10 pm because this one guy RUINS my food everytime…. He did that again tonight… I asked the 2 girls to remake my food and they said no…. Instead they flipped through my sandwhich and said it was fine…. I got home and there’s no mayo. 12 hour workday… Thanks guys for ruining my peace.
