They denied me the service in a rude way, the person who supposedly takes the orders flatly denied me the service without giving me any reason, you can say that she discriminated against me because of the way I was dressed, very bad attitude from her, she told me that It was already closed and it was barely 6 in the afternoon, she turned off the announcement that it was open right in my face, it was a very bad attitude on her part, terrible attitude and arrogance on her part. After she told me that, I saw that more people continued to come in and they were attended to, I was able to realize that.

Order a small Kobe beef pho takeout. I was so shocked when I saw it. The portion was so little, and noodles were all in small pieces that looked like leftovers… The soup was tasteless too. And this was still for $12. Definitely will not order again!

The Pho was ok, not great had a strange taste, something with the noodles idk cant pinpoint. Grumpy older man who didn’t speak English tossed our food on the table very uncomfortable. Siracha seemed water down.

I’ve brought family and friends to this place Pho location and everyone loves it. I usually go with the number #7. Most places are now really raising their prices or skimping out the quantity, but the owners here are still keeping their quality and portions the same. There’s also a really good sushi place next door, so you have great options if you’re in the West Covina area.
