Ordered a build your own and the crab ragoon. The sauce on the crab pizza was way too sweet so maybe minus that but overall we will be back to try other flavors out because the wood fire pizza crust was good.

We started with the house made mozzarella sticks that could be better described as logs! So good! Came with a dish of heated sauce. Wood fired pizza is awesome! The crust is not too floury, wasn’t burnt. Right amount of pepperoni, we added red onion which wasn’t overloaded. Also got the chicken Parmesan dinner to split. A whole thick and juicy chicken breast deep fried was topped with mozzarella and came with a side of noodles with the restaurant’s house-made sauce and some charred ciabatta bread. Amazing! Server Ashley was attentive and kept drinks refilled. Overall an awesome place!

We had an excellent date night dinner here! Loved seeing the fire going and pizzas cooking and ours was tasty. The Caesar salad was loaded with toppings and the giant mozz sticks were incredible, crunchy on the outside and warm and gooey in the middle. The fresh marinara sauce was good enough to eat alone. The menu has so many interesting flavors combos and options. Looking forward to going back!

Food and staff were top notch! Logan & Tabby made our experience awesome! Logan made our wood fire Pizza’s and Tabby waited and on us. We sat at the bar and were able to watch as our Pizza’s were made. Logan and Tabby were both fun, friendly and professional! I had the Crab Rangoon Pizza with big chunks of crab and my husband had a build your own Pizza. Both were delicious. Highly recommend! We definitely will be back.

No wait, friendly service, GREAT food. And the Sailor Sunset drink. The house ranch is not like everyone else’s and was great. The jumbo mozzarella sticks was in fact jumbo lol and the truffle fries had such good flavor. Food came at a decent time after our appetizer. We will definitely be back. Stallion grinder with sweet potato fries, backwoods burger (smash style) with truffle fries. So good

We have been coming here since about the opening of this place. The speacial seafood pizza what was a selling point for me and we continued coming back. The food was amazing from regular menu items to special ones, except maybe 1 or 2 I tried that either wasn’ttatsy at all or just had barely any meat in it. But there is a huge management problem. There were decent/good servers up until recently, when they shook the crew team up. We just recently walked out after 30 minutes wait for being brought only 1 order, the other was never put in. The young waitress was not paying attention at all and didn’t know how to handle it, saying she misheard when I pointed to the item on the menu and said what I wanted, she didn’t hear/listen, not misheard. She also kept calling us “hun”, I am not her hun, nor my husband. Gross. She didn’t call the manager, nor anyone came up to us when we’re leaving in hurry being hungry and frustarted. We were ignored. This is an establishment where you feed people, you don’t ever leave a customer hungry, especially at dinner time. We felt disappointed and like we are just a number there, our evening was ruined. This treatment is unacceptable, we are not coming back.

Expecting a good experience based on our experience with Pine Street which is the same owner. Greeted and sat quickly. We ordered appetizers and specifically told the waitress that we wanted it before our main meal. Main meal came out 5 minutes after and she commented “wow that was fast”. This is sadly unprofessional. We ordered the manicotti and pizza. The manicotti was filled with raw onion. The pizza was mediocre at best with the dough undercooked and the sauce lacking spices. Overall very disappointing.

I have had Louie’s several times and it has always been a wonderful experience. But this time I had my graduation dinner at Louie’s and they were extremely wonderful. They were flexible, let us text when we were on our way and adjusted the time. The pizzas were ready promptly upon our arrival. They even adjusted their hours to accommodate our family! I cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff. On top of that, the food was AMAZING!

We were in Muskegon visiting friends and family and decided to try out Louie’s for some drinks and appetizers, which was one of the best decisions we could have made. Kasey, the mixologist who was also the bar server, made the experience. Watching her make the various drinks throughout our visit was so fun and she definitely has a passion for what she does. I haven’t had drinks as good as hers since visiting Vegas. The food was absolutely delicious and it’s evident the care and pride the staff put into the menu and food they serve. We came for appetizers, and ended up getting dessert and pizzas to go as well. We cannot wait to come back and visit, and definitely would make the hour and a half drive just to experience this establishment again!

Pizza: 8.5/10 Savory Pear | The crust was nice and chewy – such a great texture. Flavor was pretty good. Wish there was a little more balsamic and pancetta (there was not much of either on it).
Tiramisu: 9/10 | Probably the best I’ve had in a long time. The chocolate sauce on the bottom was unexpected, but a nice touch. For $8 it is a little smaller than I was expecting, otherwise it would have received a perfect score.
Would definitely go there again. Menu looks fabulous and interesting!
