Let me just say that im so grateful for this subway I had a huge order of 100 sandwiches. And this subway exceeded all my expectations. Store manager luis went out and beyond to make this order and he did a great job. Every sandwich was perfectly wrapped and organized in there individual boxes. I went inside this subway and the manager luis told me dont worry I will take care of everything for you. I just dont have enough words to say how thankful and grateful i am of luis and the job he did here. If your company is having a gathering or you are personally having a party this is the place to come if you need a huge order of 100 plus sandwiches. Again thank you subway and thank you for having a manager like luis in this location.

It was as good as it always is. It was a slow time when I came in, with me being the only customer at the time. I was served very quickly. There was some guys working on the ceiling, but other than that the place was pretty clean and nice atmosphere. Food was fixed well and tasted good. Cookies were not fresh, but not stale either. Overall a good experience.

At about 11:30 am today me and my family went to this subway as soon as I walked in I felt such a ugly vibe from both the ladies working there we came to look at the menu to see what type of sandwich we wanted as soon as my husband points to the specialty one of the ladies tell my husband it’s pork day today and my husband told her we don’t eat pork because we are Muslims her with a very hateful attitude tone told my husband well that’s what it is today it’s pork day as soon as she said that we felt so unwelcome in the subway we didn’t even order anything but before we left, my husband asked her if there is a restroom that he can use she told him I don’t know. Go check if it works with such hate in her voice so we decided just to leave we went to another store in that building and when we walked out, we seen the whole subway empty with them just sitting there on their phones. Seems like they didn’t want to serve anybody. They just want a free time to themselves me and my family felt so discriminated just because we’re Muslims. I would never ever in my life come back to this place nor will I recommend it to anybody this place will always have a bad taste in my mouth

Got a 12” rossitiere chicken sandwich from here plus the cookies. 1st bite was like something is not right,2nd bite i wanted to throw up. I immediately threw everything out the food had a slimy taste like it was old meat. Hooefully i wont get sick from that 1st bite. The service was ok the white guy was nice but kept making mustakes and the indian dude had an attitute with his coworker. Wont be back waste of money at this time is crucial.

I like Subway’s sandwiches but I have to rate my experience here as the worst I have had. The food was still great but first of all they wouldn’t take coupons which was disappointing. I suggested that they could begin accepting coupons in the future and asked the employee that was getting my food if she would pass that suggestion on to the owner. No acknowledgement. Before leaving my wife and I needed a restroom. While I waited on her I proceeded to snap a few photos for this review. Immediately all three employees exploded simultaneously commanding me to ” put my phone down”, “stop photographing” etc. I made an attempt to explain that the purpose of the photos was only for my review but I was adamantly interrupted with such a tirade of angry words and hateful glares that I was actually afraid they would physically assault me and disable my phone. I quickly assured them that I would desist, (Little good it did to calm them) and retreated back to the bathroom door to await my wife’s exit. One irate employee followed me, photographing me with her phone. Frustrating and embarrassing but at least not harmful. Meanwhile a friend who was with us went up to the register to request a few napkins but was completely ignored until after the second attempt when a handful was shoved at her without the employee ever responding, making eye contact, or acknowledging her.
As soon as my wife exited the restroom we left the store. ( I found another restroom at a nearby business.) The report from the restroom was negative as well. It was extremely dirty and the paper towels were non-existent.
I try to be positive with my reviews but I’m also honest. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place in it’s current condition. I would be willing to try it again after improvements. (The sign on the storefront boasts: “We’re making big changes!”
The reason for only one photo of the storefront is out of respect for the enraged employees. Otherwise I would post pictures of the interior as well.
Message to the owner if you read this: I kindly suggest you begin accepting coupons and do something to improve the attitude of the employees. With the kind of service they provided me the business will definitely suffer. The bathroom could use a cleaning as well. Thanks and good luck to your “big changes”!

I was out of town and I walked into this Subway expecting the normal. But I didn’t expect it to be this good. The service was spectacular, the staff (such as Luis) are extremely friendly, Almost to the point where they made you feel like FAMILY. The food is very fresh and the restaurant is very clean. The best Subway I’ve been to, hands down. I highly recommend !!!

My mother and I recently visited this location and was met with unwelcoming and disrespectful service. First, my mother wanted to get a Chicken Salad Wrap, advertised as a wrap. The employee refused to give us the item as a wrap despite being a wrap with little to no explanation. Puzzled we decided to ask for another wrap option amongst the three. He then tells us that the three wrap options we have cannot be given as a wrap. We then ask his coworker why that’s the case and even the coworker states that any sandwich AND wrap can be put on a wrap. The first employee tells his coworker they aren’t supposed to do that which further confuses me and my mother. We finally decided to get another option to get out of the situation. When making my mother’s sandwich, she noticed the first employee didn’t put cheese on it. She asked him about it and the man says “The cheese costs extra, but we’ll put it on for free this time.” Stunned, my mother obliged. We got our food and have no plans to return to this store for such negligent and disrespectful service.
