Breakfast Served until 4pm! Incredible food at great prices! My sister had the Grilled Veggie Wrap and loved it. My Mom got a Reuben sandwich and it was delicious. My cousin had the Broaster Chicken meal and it was so much to eat she couldn’t finish it all! I had the Oakwood Omelet – yum! Definitely stop and get something. Malted milkshakes and fresh baked goods too!

The service was wonderful, and so was the coffee. I ordered biscuits and gravy with two eggs. The eggs we’re cooked fine, the sausage gravy was passable, but the biscuits were disgusting. They were doughy and left a very nasty aftertaste. This is my third time trying this restaurant since they bought out the Gandy diner. Three strikes and you’re out.

Oakwood drive-in is a favorite of many locals. I’m not a local but my folks are and I heard both the guests and the waitress saying”… I’ll see you tomorrow.” Over and over again. The waitress was fantastic. Good service and good food. Down home cooking. We worth it. The prices are very easy on the pocket book.

Al’s Diner is a favorite of myself and friend. Whenever we go out to eat this is the place that we choose. Food is all HOME COOKED!!! The mashed potatoes are fresh not instant. The desserts are all home made by Linda. Outstanding food and service. You must stop here when in the area. Friday’s fish is fabulous… you will see us here almost all fridays (and it is all you can eat!!). Wednesday they normally have spaghetti (home made no less). To top it all of the prices are also great! Keep it up Al’s… we love you… Sharon and Jon

omg. 2nd time here and it was better than the first. The first time I ordered the chimichangas. They were amazing. Large portion and the best I have had in so long. I recommend here to a group for a breakfast. The entire group thanked me for the recommendation. Everyone. The food is so good. Comfort food to best level. Get a jar of the homemade jelly to go home. Roxanne was our server today and such a gem. Very attentive to everyone in the restaurant. I can not think of negative.

Small town feel and friendly people. Food was really good! The chicken was amazing! If they are open when you go by, stop in for a piece of pie or cinnamon roll with some coffee. Oh so good!

Took almost 2 hours to get our food, there 14 of us, no one else in the restaurant with two waitresses, I had 21 shrimp and they must have the tiny bits as shrimp.. wasn’t happy at all. My sister ordered a salad supposably having only for the meat turkey she didn’t get it until everyone else got their food which was 2 hours later and I put ham in it so they took it back and brought it back out with no ham no nothing else in it except lettuce very disappointed very very disappointed

I wish I could give this place NO stars! The service is absolutely terrible! I ordered an appetizer and NEVER got it. Sat and waited for my food for over an hour and a half just to get it to go because my children were not able to sit still anymore. Honestly can say I will NEVER GO BACK
