Got pick up at 3pm and cooked my pizza at 6pm. Started smelling a chemical burning smell and the tray of the pizza burned along with my pizza. My cheese bread also burned in the container it comes in. I went to the store to show them my photos and asked them if they would just remake my food. The employee told me he could make me a pizza but he didn’t want to because he did not want to get in trouble. I asked him for a refund and he told me he couldn’t refund me. He said I had to contact corporate. Customer service in-store was awful, and the food that was supposed to feed my family was never remade. Very disappointed.

I’ve been going to this location for years, and always though highly of it. The last few times I’ve been there have been hugely disappointing. The last 2 visits especially. I ordered a chicken garlic on the app a few weeks ago and asked for “light onions” and got so many that it was all I could taste. I didn’t realize it until I got home. Tonight I went in to order in person so I could tell them. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted. The employees were very unfriendly. I ordered my pizza and asked for less onions. When my pizza was being made, the guy working put a lot of onions on. I told him I asked for less onions. Unapologetically he replied, “this is our less option” then proceeded to grab MORE and put MORE onions on.

I was helped by a nice woman named Rachel who took my order over the phone. She was very polite when I picked up my pizza and answered my question about the cling wrap. Unfortunately, the other employees were horsing around when I arrived, but luckily Rachel was there to help. She deserves a raise!

Iv been to this location plenty of times. Friendly staff. But when I order calzones, it comes with a sauce. Its hit or miss when it comes to the ammout that I receive every time. Either just the right amount out way under as if they ran out. And the messed up part is I dont really realize it till I get home. I just wish there aas a secondary QA on sauce ammout when it came to calzones.
