New employees do not know how to mix drinks. They didn’t even stir the chocolate and caramel and so it tastes like crap. Been happening every time I go here. Super disappointing when I used to work for Them and I know what the drink is supposed to taste like!

Once again, I ordered white chocolate mocha and since this place is a stand alone it was to go. Not until I got home that I found out it was NOT white chocolate. I had even asked the gal before I left if it was white chocolate and she said yes, I then looked at the receipt when I got home and it had just chocolate on it, now I know that I said WHITE chocolate, and then asking her about it before I left and having her tell me it was is pretty disappointing. And it is not the first time it has happened there.

Employees closed the cash register before 6pm and refuses cash payments @ 5:55pm. Web site says open until 6:00pm. Labor management has taken away good Customer service. Sorry but you’ve lost my business.
