On the way to Canyonlands, I found the cute mining town of Helper UT. As I drove down main street, I spied several interesting eateries.

Delightful diner with a great staff. I wandered in and was treated like family while I waited. Delicious food, fun decor and it was good to see some diversity represented in a small town. Due to the excellent customer service, I ended up getting more than I came for, including bakery items. All were quite yummy! Support this business!

This sandwich was so fantastic that at this moment, I can’t imagine driving past Helper Utah on 6 without stopping in for a meal.

Homemade everything, including the garlic sausage patty and the French roll for the Big John sandwich, name for the town’s patron miner.

Handcut fries, Marsha’s fry sauce – this plate was loaded with care and quality, such a satisfying lunch and delightful stop on my road trip. Can’t wait to come back and try the Albuquerque Chicken sandwich next! Thanks ladies

I have been wanting to try this place for years. I am usually here on a Sunday or Monday and they are closed. Today I had an awesome egg sandwich. Everything home-made

Seriously the best lunch we’ve had since moving to Price from SLC last year. Go there, ASAP. It’s so delicious. Burger was the best I’ve had in my life and my husband’s sandwich, The Big John, was equally phenomenal. Sincere and caring service, these ladies are fabulous! We ordered cinnamon rolls and sticky buns to take home for desert. No place in Carbon County compares to this place.

The staff, including our server, Anna, and Marsha herself, were extremely kind and welcoming to us during our visit. The food was quite tasty and the menu is accommodating to people with food restrictions or dietary preferences. On top of that, the restaurant’s comfy feel was inviting to people from all walks of life, showing its support for equality for all. Great place to stop in Helper and already a favorite in my book!

Quirky little place, the staff clearly works hard to make sure every customer is taken care of. We all had the philly cheese, it was delicious, especially the home made bread. The waffle fries and onion rings were fantastic. Everything was made fresh, which makes so much difference!
