Really enjoyed the spring rolls. Pho had a nice balance of flavors and was served hot in a large bowl. The dish with grilled beef and vermicelli was also fresh and well prepared, but only the beef had flavor. Two fried rice dishes also were served beautifully in warmed bowls, but unfortunately were nearly totally lacking in flavor. There were three sauces at the table that we all applied generously. Tables and chairs were good, but the overall location is a little unorganized. Staff were friendly and attentive. Menus were well organized and photos of ingredients were very helpful in ordering. Just their first week so with some work on flavors and decor will be a nice place for Pho in this part of town.

I was excited to eat here as I really like pho. I found the pho to be more neutral than most. I’ve had pho that was more rich and heavy, but this was not that. This tasted more light and less salty than others. So if you’re looking for something that is both filling but more light weight, you’ll likely really enjoy the pho here. The host was friendly and courteous. We would eat here again

P13 noodle pretty tasty. The source of shrimp roll a little bit sweet and less of peanut taste.

Today, I visited Phở TiTi for lunch. I ordered the special phở with extra beef meatballs, which I initially thought was pricey, but it turned out to be much more affordable than other phở restaurants l’ve tried in Fargo. Despite the lunchtime crowd, my food arrived promptly, and the busy waitress remained attentive and courteous. Although the restaurant is small, its menu and service are remarkably professional, and I will definitely become a regular customer.

I’m super excited for another authentic Vietnamese restaurant. We happened to go on opening day, which was yesterday to our surprise. We went for lunch and it’s located in the former Adibon restaurant. There are only a handful of tables. Decor and space is cute.
They’re brand new so service could be better. There was only one staff running the front- hosting, waitressing, bussing and taking payments.
When we ordered, I was able to customize the pho with the options of meat. We chose the rare steak, flank stank and meatballs. There were full bottles of Sriracha, hoisin, sate sauce and soy sauce. They were all bread new as they were sealed and know they’re not watered down. I like how they have the holders with chopsticks and soup spoons.
I was only hoping for a lime wedge with the pho. I wanted to ask but the only staff was a bit busy. The soup had pretty good flavor but was expecting it to be hot temperature wise. It was warm but not hot enough. The noodles were kind of congealed together. I think they may have cooked the noodles and let them sit too long. The egg rolls were tasty and served hot temperature wise. They were served with the nuoc mam or fish sauce and pickled daikon. So yum! The order comes with 4 rolls.
I would have like some more water but know the one person was doing her best.
They’re offering 20% off for the first week, which was much appreciated. I think a bowl of pho is around $15-17 depending how you customize it. It seems like that’s pretty standard for pricing. It was enough for the two of us.
I’d give them another try. They offer banh mi on the menu but weren’t prepared to serve them as of yet.

I have stopped by this restaurant while passing through the city. This is my third visit to this restaurant. It used to be good, but unfortunately the food quality has seriously declined. The broth is no longer fragrant or flavorful as before, and the meat did not taste fresh. In addition, the staff cannot communicate in English, making it difficult to order.

Stopped by Pho TiTi while in town for an event since it was late and nearby. We love Pho and Vietnamese cuisine, so we gave it a try. Had pork bánh mì and shared seafood egg rolls—these were mushy inside and came with a mayo-mango sriracha sauce I didn’t care for, so I asked for fish sauce instead. Also shared a fried tofu appetizer, which was just okay.
The pork bánh mì was tasty, and the bun was fresh and soft. Staff was kind and pleasant, and the location is convenient with ample parking.

This bowl of pho has a rich and flavorful taste to it, the meat are tender, it melts right in your mouth. The vegetables are fresh and the broth is so flavorful. Definitely tasted like something homemade. You get a really good size portion for the price you’re paying.

Seafood was good. Was rather mild but had the right seasonings to dress it up. Were generous with the shrimp and squid. Seafood fried rice was a bit bland but added soy sauce to step it up.
