We ordered three meals and received four napkins, but no straws for our drinks. We had to use one of the four napkins sparingly to wipe the sauce off the outside container. The food was fresh, so the slight wait was okay. It was also hard to hear through the drive-thru speaker.

Your fantastic employee Luis is excellent, with a radio announcer voice to compliment a tender attitude. He is really chill and knows how to treat customers respectfully as well as keeping track of multiple responsibilities such as ordering and cleaning. I gave him 3 “Grand Opening” pictures to (hopefully) put up on the wall to remind everyone of that great day! I also won “the first 20” Canes card for 3 free meals for 13 months! Win win all around
Fantastic product! Fantastic location! Fantastic staff!

This was not the only time I’ve been there, sizes of fingers were fine until today, I guess cause volume of customers, a very long line on the drive through, fingers were to small, not worth it.

Tried it because someone gave me a gift card. The chicken was pretty good, nothing I’d write home about but good. Not a fan of the “Cane’s Sauce” so I wished they had other options like everywhere else does. I tried the chicken fingers and the sandwich. I myself wouldn’t go back but I know there are those who would if you get hooked on the sauce.

Love Raising Canes. I was finally able to take my two friends to try it out at the new Norwalk location. They both loved it!! They were very impressed with the whole meal. Everything is always freshly made. The chicken and fries right out of the cooker. The tenders are lightly breaded and you actually get juicy tender chicken and not just a lot of crust and have to look for the chicken. Fries were perfect and the bread…Delicious! I you haven’t tried it you need to. They have been consistent at the three locations I’ve eaten at which is a plus.

I came here on a Friday evening wanting to enjoy my weekend and I was disappointed by how my food came out. I had came and ordered my usual extra crispy three piece combo. The only crisp thing was the money that I paid for my food for. I come home and the food was no where near crispy. The chicken tenders were soggy and not crisp. I am very disappointed :(.

I mean, chicken fingers are chicken fingers! Nothing special about them. My young daughters like them because they’re chicken fingers. You can make the sand at home. $48 for chicken fingers! Damn. I only went because we were out. No other reason…oh yeah, better choice than a burger! That’s it.

I tried Raising Cane’s for the first time today at their grand opening in Norwalk. I had been tempted to go, but the long lines at other locations always deterred me. However, today’s lines were quite reasonable, given the excitement, and the staff was amiable, making the experience even better. They even gave a little gift to my dog, Leo! I’ll be back and likely become a regular. The food is excellent, and that Texas toast is fantastic!
