Better off going in store instead of ordering online to make sure you get what you want. Ordered a meatball sub and sweet onion chicken teriyaki, both with extra meat. Most definitely did not receive extra meat. I don’t think they even read my full order as they made me give them the receipt to make sure I got a combo.

Placed a mobile order at 4:30, went to the store and they had a sign on the door saying they closed at 4. There was a woman in there so I knocked to get my money refunded. She refused to open the door or give me a refund. Ignored me and walked to the back. So now I have to dispute the charge with my bank

I made an order to pick it up, This is the second time I order something and I asked for grilled chicken and they gave me rotisserie chicken. I don’t know why they didn’t explain to the workers the difference between one and the other. I really couldn’t eat it. I don’t like the taste of the other chicken. I prefer the plainer chicken. But thanks for ruining my lunch. Also the app doesn’t have the option to make a complaint about the order it’s so disappointed

I don’t know who is the owner of this location, I will be contacting. I’m not even sure why I continued to order food.. I guess because it was close to Walmart. None of containers was filled. It barely was enough onions for my sub. It just was a mess. This is probably the worse Subway I’ve ever been to. It gets worse, halfway through my sub HAIR IS IN MY FOOD This is unacceptable!!! If I wasn’t already home I would have went back. The girls walking around doing nothing and can’t even keep the store clean and hair covered. Furious. Will NEVER come to this subway again.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE or THROUGH THE APP
I ordered on the Subway App and when DoorDash came to drop off my food it was missing the Drink and Chips for the Meal Deal. I was told to contact Subway so I did. Low and behold you can not reach the restaurant at the number provided it is an automation that changes what it says every time you call. “Yo’ “hello” “who is talking” there is no way to get to a person. So now I can not get a refund on the food I ordered.

This location will not honor a promotion that is clearly stated as participating in store and online via the website. Sandra was the associate waiting on me and she told me that I had to order it on the app to use the coupon, I was on my way to work and I didn’t have time or do so. I showed her where it says on the website that this particular location was a participating location in store and she replied that she was aware, but the owner did not allow them to do it. She said that there was no one else there for me to speak to and then didn’t have any contact information for me to reach out directly.

I love Subway but this location has bad reviews for a reason. It’s better to drive to another one. I got extremely sick from their sub yesterday. Felt poisoned, threw up multiple times. I didn’t eat anything else that night. I tried to call the store but the number doesn’t work. Concerned for others, I drove to the store to let them know. The girl behind the counter laughed at me! She had zero empathy and didn’t care. When I then said OK I’d like a refund, I had even brought the other half of the sub back, she refused. I explained I can take back food I don’t like to other restaurants, why cant I get my money back on food that literally made me sick? She still refused. She had to call the owner, took down my info, and said he’d call me back “sometime next week”. Ha! That won’t happen. It’s 1:30 PM and I still haven’t been able to eat anything. Thanks for poisoning me and laughing about it and refusing a refund. Y’all I was so nice too but they had zero concern. Go somewhere else and protect your body and wallet
