My husband and I stumbled upon this place while walking around the farmer’s market and were immediately greeted at the counter by the owner who was incredibly nice! We ordered and sat down and he told us his story about owning a pizza shop in South Philly. He brought our pinsa out and WOW, it was the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life!! Super fresh ingredients, and the crispiest crust! He explained to us the difference between pinsa and pizza, and why the crust gets so crispy.
We’ve already planned our next visit and can’t wait!

My sister and I visited the Qmart last night and heard about this place and really wanted to check it out. I’m so happy we did. I looove the layout and decor of it. You really feel like you’re in a pizzeria. The shop owner is very passionate about what he does & you can see that. Super helpful suggestions. My fav part is tasting the freshness of the flatbread. Not only has the owner utterly turned this stall into a new icon, his chipper attitude, family friendly, authentic personality just absolutely lights up the block. He’s MORE than friendly, you feel welcome, and totally unrushed.

My new favorite pizza place. The sauce is amazing very flavourful the crust is crispy, perfect amount of cheese. It is quite literally the perfect pizza. The owner is very nice and made conversation with us while we waited. 10/10 would recommend

My partner and I are both vegan so we ordered the veggie Pinsa with no cheese. Steffano, the owner, was SO accommodating to us and reassured us he could make whatever we’re looking for. We already started eating the pinsa when the picture was taken because it was so good and we were hungry but he loaded the toppings for us as well!
We’re particular when it comes to plant based food(especially from the Qmart) but he gave us an awesome experience. Thanks, Staffano!

Wow! First of all, you have to try the Panzarotti! The dough is delicious, the cheese was melty, gooey and flavorful and the sauce was well balanced. Deep fried to perfection, it was one of a kind and so tasty. We also split a white primavera flatbread. It was everything you would want in a flatbread: garlic, parmesan, fresh veggies and a crispy delicious crust.
And the owner was super kind, and you can tell he’s putting love into everything coming out of that kitchen. He was also kind enough to let us stay and finish our board game and to snap a pic of us for our memories!
We were too full to try dessert but we’ll definitely be back for a cannoli next time we’re at the market!

Heyyyy! This is Radiance! It was lovely to meet you today. Here’s the review: Stephano is such a sweetheart. So kind. So welcoming. I’m trans and he didn’t bat an eyelash. We had a lovely conversation. He’s an inspiring guy. And his food? Excellent! Great flatbread pizza. Love the fries too. This place is a hidden gem and deserves to be better known. Wonderful all the way around.

We passed by Flats and Filled while browsing through Quakertown Farmers Market. The owner stopped us letting us know about his Philly Cheesesteak Flatbread with Copper Sharp cheese and we had to stop in! The food was outstanding 10/10!! But the greatest part wasn’t just the food but the hospitality of the owner, Stephano. He was the most kind and humble being we have ever met! His passion and love for what he does radiates through the service he provides and the delicious authentic South Philly food!! Thank you so much for making me and my family feel right at home.

Absolutely divine. I initially cringed at the price of our order but what we got had me change my mind completely. Truly worth the price the flavours and texture of the bread used and the ingredients was it!!! The amount of food I got with my friend still had me with leftovers for tonight & tomorrow!!
