Would give 5 stars as the food is great at this location but I was there yesterday around lunch time and one of the employees smelled so bad. I noticed the smell when I first entered the restaurant but I thought maybe it was just something in passing but when I sat down and the employee who took my order walked by, I knew the smell came from him. It was disgusting and I could not finish my meal due to the smell. If you work in the food service industry, I think personal hygiene is really important. I won’t describe the employee but I’m sure management will know who I’m referring to as the smell emanating from him was quite prominent. Please address this.

My wife ordered two Cantina bowls, and it came to $29 and some change. I waited in the drive-thru for like 7 or 8 minutes. For the proportion size we received, we could have gotten more for our buck elsewhere. Very disappointing to say the least. I took pictures of the bowl to refer to later.

I always have a good experience when I come here and the workers work very hard, but part of my order was wrong. I ordered a three crunchy taco supreme meal and received one taco. I also ordered chips and cheese that I had to go back around to receive, and a steak chalupa but got chicken instead. The food was still decent but it would be nice to get what I ordered, especially the money I spent on four people. Just a heads up for the future to please check and make sure you have everything correct! It was also 11:30 at night, I completely understand that the employees were tired, still good overall.

I tried the new Rolled Chicken Tacos. They were pretty good. I would say 3.5 stars. They are a bit dry but that’s why they come with a dipping sauce. Give them a try for a change when you stop in.

I drive back and forth to Montreal 5 days a week and Ogdensburg is half way. I’ve been looking for a new place to stop and get breakfast. Today I stopped and got the Bell breakfast box. It was outstanding. You get a lot for your money. I will be back. Thanks!

This is the cleanest, quickest, and quietest taco bell I’ve ever been to. I typically go to them in Canada where they’re a disaster but I’ve been to this location three times and it’s always very pleasant. The food is prepared with more care than my local ones (there’s not sauce on every side of the item), the staff is more friendly, and the restaurant is always tidy.

It goes without saying that if you want real Mexican food, you look elsewhere. But, if you want fast food with a bit of Mexican flavor, Taco Bell will do.
