This place is legit. It was my first time here. I know right. The food was good. It was fresh and the staff here were very pleasant and considerate. It would be cool if they offered gluten free bun.

My husband and I live in Palm Bay, and we would drive to the location in Sebastian because the food and service were delicious. A couple of months ago, we ordered takeout as usual (burgers and fries). The guy working the fryer was struggling a bit to keep up and I had not seen him before. When my fries were ready, he spilled some my order on the floor (which I saw), and he said, “Oops!” Then handed me my bag with no apologies or even an offer to add fresh fries. I decided to let it go, but on the journey home we tasted the fries and they were awful. They were not cooked through and were completely limp…unlike the crisp fries we had gotten previously. I filled out a survey and shared our experience but received no response.
We waited a couple of months to return and decided again to try tonight. Again, the same guy was on the fryer, and the fries are horrible again. We will definitely not be going back to this location.

This actually made our second trip here within the past 4 days. The service was excellent and always asked if we wanted a milkshake to go ❤️! The restaurant was extremely clean in all areas. The best part is it’s very easy to get in and out of when your on the go.

Hands down, this is one of the best Five Guys locations I have ever been to, whether dining in or picking up. The food is always fresh and the service is consistently excellent. I recently made a mistake and accidentally placed an online order at the wrong location. The staff here—specifically Jamar—went above and beyond to accommodate me and correct my order, even though the other location was unwilling to help. I was incredibly appreciative of his effort and willingness to go completely out of his way for a customer. Keep up the phenomenal work, staff! I truly can’t applaud you enough.

I ordered my meal online and it was ready in less than 20 minutes (except for the milk shakes, but I think they wait till you get there so they don’t melt). The order was right, 4 burgers all with different toppings. And I’ll be honest with y’all…I ‘ve never met a French fry I didn’t like, but I think these were delicious. We got 2 orders of large Cajun fries for 4 people. More than enough. I don’t get these bad reviews. It was delicious. I’ll be going back.

manager there seems to have a great team that works well together and Naomi, Max. Gavin seem to work well together the food is super tasty worth the money even Max gave me a suggestion to add some caramel to my new coffee, milkshake, which I tried for the first time, definitely helped on the taste. Restaurant is extremely clean hands-down I suggest this place to anybody that pass by or lives in the area to get a bite to eat, the double cheeseburger with bacon and the works was delicious and very filling.
If want a delicious burger eat here for sure.!

This is a very clean and friendly atmosphere to be in. The food is cooked fresh and hot also the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this place because there’s not a lot of nice areas you can recommend but this one from professionalism, freshness, meticulously clean and a warm atmosphere to sit and dine

I will never ever ever again go into this establishment. You have five people standing behind the counter and nobody to help anybody. All of your drink. Machines are also the water they’re not even soda. I told the manager and she looked at me like I had eight heads actually I’m not even sure if it’s a guy or a girl.

Ordered a medium fry. Paid $6.09 and got one small cup with no extras in the bag like usual. We expressed our displeasure and got little response. It was only enough fries for 1 person. Very disappointing…
