So happy and grateful to have a TOPS in town. Amazing food and service. Also to the review below who the heck gives a 1 star review about mushrooms on a chicken sandwich. Geezuz

We asked mushrooms and Swiss on the chicken but they forgot the mushrooms, the service was great just kinda sad about the mushrooms and we charged extra for no mushrooms, and the potato salad is tiny for 3 bucks, the patty melt was great, but overall very crowded not worth the hype, I’ll come by whenever it’s not busy and hopefully I’ll get a response from the management.

The place is crowded and the girl at the counter was confused about what I wanted, I just wanted a mushroom Swiss burger but with chicken instead because beef upsets my stomach and I paid for mushrooms on my sandwich and I didn’t get them, and the potato salad is definitely not worth $3, it’s a 4oz container. Overall not worth my or my girlfriend’s time, but she says the patty melt was great but it would be better with something other than mayo

I’m sorry to say.. I waited 25mins to order at 245pm on a Thursday. I was fine with the wait because this is day2. I wasn’t fine with being completely ignored for a full 5 minutes at the order speaker. I finally pulled forward when there was a 3 car gap, thinking maybe I order at the next window? THEN I hear a voice behind me. I didn’t see any pick up window or signage, so at that point I had to give up and leave without food for myself or my kids. If they can’t handle a Thursday afternoon, I have no idea how they can handle a “meal time” or weekend. Hopefully I can return in a few months and change this to a 5⭐️ when they’ve figured it out. I did take a photo of the menu, so you can be ready to order bc there are no menus until the order window, which is only going to add to wait times. Good luck!

Not super impressed overall. There was about a 20–25 minute wait for the food, but I was understanding of that since it was their first day and the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building.

Let’s start with the good. The service was solid—everyone I interacted with was nice and polite. I could tell they were still learning the flow of things, so I have no complaints there.

The atmosphere was pretty average. It’s a fairly small place, so if you go when they’re busy you might not be able to find a table since there are only a handful inside. Nothing particularly special about the space.

Now for the downside: the food. It was pretty “mid,” honestly—nothing that really makes it stand out from any other place using frozen patties. The really disappointing part was the portion sizes. I got a BLT for $4.89 and it was very small. I could’ve gone to Sonic, paid less, and gotten something bigger. The onion rings tasted good, but getting only about 6–7 rings for over $4 was pretty disappointing.

Personally, I probably won’t be returning unless I hear that the portion sizes have improved.

Tops is great, they just opened and are still ironing a few things out. They’ll figure it out though, 5 stars

I came to the grand opening and arrived at 4:00 p.m. An employee took my order on a box at 4:15, and by 4:52 I was still waiting for my food. The only reason I stayed that long was because I regularly rate and review restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, this experience was a disaster.

I watched employees standing near the back door looking just as confused as the customers. People were jumping out of line and leaving, and the same girl who originally took my order eventually had to step in and sent my order back at 5 pm. For a location that’s supposed to represent Top’s Burger, this was far from the standard. At other locations, I’m usually in and out in under 15 minutes.

If you’re a manager reading this, you may want to have a serious conversation with your team. This grand opening did not go well. When Popeyes once needed police to direct traffic during one of their openings, it at least showed demand and organization. Tonight, this experience somehow managed to be even more frustrating than that.
