When you eat here, look at your receipt very carefully. Hopefully, you didn’t tip. Because if you did, you just tipped twice. I worked in the restaurant business a long time, but I know when you eat in, they charge you a little bit more than taking it out. I remember back in the day a Subway sub will fill you up. Now it’s a small sandwich. To the owner, make the sub look like it is in the picture for that price.
For $14.00, I could have taken myself to a restaurant.

I stopped in the store and there was only one couple there who had already been served and the person behind the counter told me to wait a few minutes (he was prepping some mini tacos or something like that anyway). I waited, he ignored me and started on a second tray, and I left.

Wanted to order some cookies and I always prefer for them to be fresh. Before I paid, I asked the young lady if they were baked this morning and she said yes. Cool, I paid for them. Before I left the store I tasted them and they were far from fresh. I told the lady that they didn’t taste fresh and all of sudden it’s “that’s all we have honey”. I just feel like she lied just to not deal with me.
Apparently, Subway bakes cookies in 4 hour increments and they said they baked those cookies today. A gentlemen said they don’t carry over any cookies from the previous day, but I came around 10AM. How could a fresh cookie baked 2 hours ago not have a fresh taste?? I just feel lied to. 0 star.

Change your manager (the lady that speaks English and Spanish) refused service because I apparently took a little to long to pick which kind of cheese to get. Lol ridiculous. She was either having a horrible day or is a piece of human being. I feel bad for the other American white hair lady, she is a sweetheart. She doesn’t deserve to be around a manager like that, the manager puts her persona over her and intimidate her fellow employee. The worse customer service ever experienced. Please go to other subways. The lady was extremely rude. I even cancelled my order because of how rude she was. There are too many choices to choose from for me to ever go to this one again. It wasn’t because they were busy because there was absolutely no customers there at 6:15pm. Now, I know why. Run from this location! This happened on March 12, 2020 around 6:00 pm. She had no name tag but it isn’t hard because it was just her and another employee who she made sure to tell him in a mocking way about me. She really needs a class in dealing with customers because clearly she has no clue.

Very slow service, went there with a big group and was served by a tall, young african American guy who wears glasses and it took forever to get our order done. It looked as if he was dreading his job and doing everything slow on purpose. The girl who came after was much better.
