Friendly and quick service. The store interior is very clean and well stocked with multiple different protein cookies and bars. Getting to it can be a little tricky and pay attention in the parking lot for other drivers and pot holes . Smoothies are unbelievable

Tastes nothing like the same orders in the Columbus locations. Basically just tastes like blended ice, and can barely tell by the color that there is anything on it. Had to knock on the door to unlock 30 min before closing. Employee definitely didn’t want to be there.

Nate is absolutely amazing — patient, upbeat, and always willing to help! They were out of chocolate Nutella, which I usually get on my toast and he went out of his way to quickly run to the store to make sure I could still enjoy the meal I always order. That level of care and dedication really stood out. He’s a natural leader and truly goes above and beyond for customers!!!!!

Sitting here right now. Two employees with zero customer service skills. All chairs are up and says closes at 9. Customers walking in and not being attended to without literally 10 min. Wait to take orders. Customers walk out in frustration and employees smirking about it. Not answering phones either. Wow!

i had the best experience tonight! i went when the drive thru was fairly busy but i was still greeted right away and still got my order taken in a timely manner. i was very impressed with the service, being it was two new staff members by themselves. i will definitely be returning!
