TLDR: We’ve become regulars here, it’s so good! The food, the staff and service, the location, the ambiance and the COFFEE keep us coming back for more- oh, make sure to sign up for the rewards- we save around 5-10 bucks every time we come in so they’re definitely worth it. An extra shout out to our favorite server Tyler- the last time we came in, he had our regular coffee order ready and brought it to us immediately!

The location is in the little strip mall on the corner of Wilson and Lake Michigan Drive, which is super convenient for us; hence, why we’re regulars. If you haven’t come in since it’s changed from Stan’s, you should! It has the same owners as Stan’s, and a few of the same employees came along with the switchover. Initially, there were some service hiccups, but I think that’s expected when you start a new restaurant. The food, the service and the overall vibe of the place just jeeps getting better, and those Falcon boys have a lot to do with it (shout out to them as well!)

We’ve tried a lot of their specials, but we both kind of always gravitate back to a few of our favorite all-season plates:

PARFAIT BOWL
Vanilla whipped greek yogurt, toasted almond granola, berry compote, fresh berries, light amber honey, fresh mint
(It’s surprisingly filling and not too sweet, despite the berry compote and honey, which complement the Greek yogurt perfectly)

STEEL CUT OATS BOWL
Steel cut oatmeal, vanilla whipped greek yogurt, toasted almond granola, fresh banana slices, blueberries, sunflower seed buttered multigrain toast, light amber honey
(Filling, warm and delicious- the perfect breakfast treat)

GARDENER’S BENEDICT
Smashed avocado, goat cheese, baby spinach, poached eggs, hollandaise, sun dried tomatoes, local micro basil
(Crave-worthy flavors that I’ve come back to the last several times we’ve visited. The smoked salmon Bennie is also super yummy if you like more protein and flavor)

We always sample off the seasonal specials menus, and they always manage to offer a nice assortment of mega sweet and awesomely savory dishes to suit anyone’s mood. There are a decent amount of vegetarian dishes to choose from on the regular menu, which is a plus!

The restaurant is always clean, and while the seating isn’t super comfortable, the music level and friendly service is!

In the summer, they open up the patio which allows for soaking in the sun while grabbing brunch. It’s not exactly quiet out there as the seating is right by the road where semis frequently drive by, but if you like to enjoy the warm weather, that’s where it’s at! They have umbrellas to shield from those overly sunny days too

I won’t lie, the coffee here is some of my favorite from any restaurant, so definitely try that!

Warm inviting atmosphere. Friendly and attentive servers. Food is served hot and fresh. Today we ordered the avocado toast and the farm hand hash with eggs and toast. I’ve been on an avocado toast kick lately and this is my favorite version so far! Eggs were cooked to order and perfect. So delicious- can’t wait to go back!

Our server was very off putting and made some strange, condescending comments. On top of that, the food wasn’t good. My pancakes lacked flavor even though they’re one of the simplest things to make and they somehow tasted bad and were overly spongey. The açaí bowl was also terrible and came out watery. The cinnamon rolls were burnt to a crisp and the second one wasn’t any better. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience, and I would not recommend this place. Very strange vibes and disappointing food. 🙁

It was OK, but disappointed for the price. $75 for breakfast for two people (before tip). The breakfast burrito came with a side salad of just lettuce and tomatoes, no dressing or anything else. Our waitress only came back to the table once when we were almost done eating, so we couldn’t ask for dressing. The 8 oz. regular coffees were $4 each, for perspective, a 20 oz coffee from Starbucks is $3.25. We had to ask twice for our coffee because it wasn’t brought with our drinks or food. Several of the sugar packets at our table had been half used by another guest, twisted closed and put back into the sugar holder. Adding two eggs to a breakfast is $4.60, more than the price of a dozen eggs at the store. The biscuits and gravy has no sausage, it’s just a pepper gravy. Overall things were under seasoned. If this was priced as a regular breakfast diner I would have been OK with the experience, but if you’re going to charge upscale prices for breakfast, the taste, quality and service need to match.

My wife and I have become regulars at this particular location. While all their employees give excellent service one employee Tyler, stands out. He always greets us with a smile, is super attentive, and remembers us.
I will say that also the manager is doing a fantastic job as well. And I was happy to see him from when it used to be a Stan’s taco location.
On top of the service the food and drinks are always consistently good

Have been to this new location twice now and have had exceptional experience both times. We made a reservation both times and walked right in to our table. Great way to avoid the inevitable wait on busy days.Decor is warm and restaurant is clean. Nadya was our server the most recent visit and provided exceptional service. Not only was her service outstanding, but I felt like it was my own daughter waiting on me. What a warm personality. Food and drinks were both delicious. The spicy Bloody Mary did not disappoint. It was tangy and delicious. The food came out in a timely manner and was all fresh and warm. We have tried a variety of things so far on the menu and have been delighted with everything so far. Great job to the kitchen staff! As an industry professional, I enjoy watching the culinary crew work in your open kitchen. So much better than other local breakfast chains. Especially the one with a similar concept. Blows her house away, hands down. We will definitely be back.

They didn’t change much in terms of the interior from Stan’s Tacos and that’s ok. The food is always amazing. We came 30 min before closing on Sunday (i felt bad). Ordered the smoked salmon Benedict and I loved it. Latte was a little sweet for my taste but it was my partner’s.

Warning June2025: Don’t go to this location for at least a couple more months. It took MORE than ONE HOUR for our food to come out for a party of two (which wasn’t even that “fresh” by the time it did arrive) and they only comp’d our coffee and appetizer. Their excuse was that they couldn’t keep up with online orders (suggestion: then maybe they shouldn’t be accepting online orders until they can get their dine-in customer population under control). While I understand the location is new, they have other locations and should know what to expect. The food was decent and the service was good other than the kitchen’s performance. Food and drinks are kind of pricey. Tried the donut waffle app (which was very good). Also tried the chorizo burrito and the farmhand omelet; both were good. (They have some outdoor seating and the overhead door opens for those sitting inside, as well.) We will definitely be waiting many months if we ever decide to return.

BRUNCH PREVIEW VIBES ✨
Got a sneak peek at the adorable newest Morning Belle location before they open this week — and wow. The vibes? Bright and beautiful. The food?
I tried the new-to-the-menu “Chit Chats” — warm cinnamon maple doughnut bites with vanilla cream cheese glaze, Morning Belle sprinkles, and a shower of powdered sugar. Yes. Please.
Then came the Truffle Mushroom Hash — redskins, caramelized onions, Pebble Creek mushrooms, baby spinach, truffle oil, fresh micro basil… a savory brunch masterpiece.
PRO TIP: They can make the hash vegan, and it’s absolutely crave-worthy. ✨
Can’t wait to come back when the doors officially open! ️
Located in Standale at Lake Michigan Drive & Wilson.

I love breakfast!!!!!!!!! There are much better places to get breakfast from!! What you see cost me $60! If I would have spent that at other places I would have had much more food and it would have tasted better!! The best part was the drinks and the potatoes!!!
