I’ve been to this new location probably 5 times and the food is always great and everyone is always very nice. Today was only different as they had forgotten some items from my order and the lettuce for my burger looked like it should’ve been thrown out several hours ago. Pictures included. I will go back to this location as I think this is a one off and it won’t happen again. Staff were friendly and they were very busy.

I ordered thru Doordash I was excited because the order got here lightening fast. Kudos to my driver. I have a thing about hard buns. I worked in fast food about 15 years so I know how inexpensive they are. Hard buns are not worth the complaint. If it’s hard, throw it out and get a fresh one. That simple. There second strike was I asked for ketchup on my sandwich because I don’t have any right now. Missed that too. Ironically as fast as the food got here it was so cold. I thought I’d try this store but deep down I knew I should have ordered McDonalds.

I always enjoy eating here. Everyone always welcomes you and smiles. Food is brought to you hot and you are asked if you need anything else or if everything looks good. Coke products are on tap and fresh brewed tea comes sweetend or unsweetened. Fish sandwiches are great and cheese curds are very tasty. The dining area is always clean and the bathroom is clean as well. Everyone working here always seems to be in a great mood. The music over the speaker system is good and at a good level.

My first time eating at Culver’s in Southfield . I ordered the Cod sandwich with fries and Custer with strawberry and blueberries it can with two mixs. And Culver’s single bacon burger.My two sandwiches were hard to enjoy because when I took a bite everything falls out of the bread. Both were like wet I don’t know if there were too much sauce or tomatoes were wet. I don’t know if the pickle was wet. The bread fall apart. I was given napkins but I felt I needed a roll of paper towel. This place may use fresh ingredients but experience trying to enjoy a sandwich was just messy for no reason. This was a first time experience and it is my last. Culver’s #1015; Station # 51; Order Id#AABA5NG8ACA3 Carryout 12:48:47PM Register 1 ticket number # 96. This 96 was given to me to wait for carryout. Very unsatisfied.

I love Culver’s but this location has been horrible. I think I’ve had an issue more visits than not. At first I thought it was due to being new so the first few mistakes such as missing items, incorrect sizes, & wrong toppings I looked past. However today my burger was wrong and for the first time I took the effort to have them remake it….they made it wrong again in a completely different way. I just gave up. If you happen to ever get the right order the food is great tho! (Just go to another location)

I hate to leave a review like this, since I love almost all the Culvers I’ve been to. However this one, I have no clue where their staff was trained but I thought the next one in line was helped next. But I guess that only counts depending on who you are. Today they have a pile of people at the registers, and they’re helping those with the phone in orders, and they took the woman that was directly in front of me right away. So I’m waiting and waiting and waiting, well then here come people to grab the call in orders and they wait on them next. So if this is the way their procedures are for helping who’s next, I would hate to know what their food tastes like, and you probably don’t either.

Absolutely love this location because it’s finally in the neighborhood. Really great establishment with very kind accommodating employees. I really enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich with a Mango strawberry cooler on the side. It was absolutely delicious. Definitely can tell the difference between Culver’s & fast food. It’s quite different because the food is not frozen, it’s fresh. You can taste the difference. Damn good spicy chicken sandwich. Seating outside in case you want to walk or ride up here and sit down and eat outside. The pop machines were so fresh, the sprite definitely hit too! Lost $5 in the bathroom, hope a kind employee found it bc they truly deserve it. Lots of care comes into making and serving your food, you almost feel like you don’t deserve such service. Best location in Michigan.
