We stopped at this pizza hut after leaving Ica Palace and the staff were very helpful and nice. The wait wasn’t crazy even though they had lots of delivery orders going out. They also have access to deliver on base HOW AWESOME IS THAT ( sidenote: Please tip ya delivery driver). They also helped me to start my birthday weekend off nicely and for that I am soo thankful. That act of kindness and care for someone They don’t even know really made my night. So THANK YOU to the staff that worked friday night September 5th 2025

The service seems to be doing better as of yesterday at this location. Before it was a lot of items missing, sloppy presentation, bad packaging. The worker was extremely friendly and helpful, food was made correctly, nothing was missing, nothing burnt or undercooked this time, I’d come back! We went when they first opened for the day, not sure if that makes the difference.
Only issue was the hours are wrong online. Hopefully google approves the edit soon.

We ordered lunch with the intent that it would be delivered to the location we specified. We placed an online order paid 20% tip and delivery fee, only to get a text from the delivery service that they couldn’t deliver because it was on a military installation, which he did not have access to. Needless to say we had to get someone to drive out to meet the delivery person to obtain our order. If we had to pick up we could have used the carry out deals or just decide on other food options. This was very inconvenient n inconsiderate, someone has to figure out how to make sure that customer’s order can be delivered as requested. We definitely lost out today. And the food was not hot. ♀️

I love Pizza Hut and this place is the closest to me. The first time they burnt my pizza, I figured it was maybe off day. I went today and sad to say my food was burnt again. My fault for not looking before I left. I encourage everyone to check their food prior to leaving just in case. Staff was friendly which was great but yeah.

This place has been remodeled and it’s really nice! I’m not too sure about what is in or what goes on in the back area. But each time I walk in, the place is always neat! From what I can see, there are never any dishes laying all over. Countertops are cleaned and employees are always happy or excited when customers come in. So it seems like these guys here REALLY appreciated their work and values their talents very much so.
I’m glad to say other than the many times I’ve came here, lately… they have been really good in making our pizzas. On 2 different occasions with 2 managers, our food has been really delicious & managers were really good to customers and employees. Once, a manager looked over the order and saw that one of the pizzas weren’t up to standard and he asked the cooks to redo another one and not to burn the edges. We were ok with the pizza, but he insisted that it’s not their standards. I was thankful because if I did go home and my pizza was burnt, I’d be disappointed and wouldn’t order for a while. The other manager, I asked if tips are split with all employees. He said YES! At the end of the night, he splits all the tips up and divides it amongst each of them. I was happy to hear that because if he didn’t answer it with such confidence, I’d second guess that he tips the employees out. But, he answered in a confident way and so I threw a few more dollars down to cover the 4 employees to go home with at least couple dollars on my end. I’m sure their total was more, but these workers deserves tips for their hard work. Especially because they keep their standards here!

My delivered pizzas I ordered tonight was the worst I’ve ever eaten.. I’m sorry I wasted the $33 it cost me. It limp and too much sauce- flavor was off. Instead of slices of green peppers they were minced. Just horrible. It’ll be a while before I order fm Pizza Hut again. Fire that cook…

I’m not a huge pizza hut fan but i think this location deserves a compliment. I ordered 10 pizzas for my kids bday party but one was without cheese. They asked if it was for allergies and it was for one of the children there who reacts poorly to any dairy. When i arrived they were still boxing up my order and the manager made sure that they used a different cutting board and blade for the one without cheese. This is impressive to me that they took so much care to make sure there was no cross contamination. If they do this for a non dairy pizza I’m willing to bet the rest of the operation is very sanitary. I think the team deserves a shout out for this attention to detail. It’s so rare to see that now. I really appreciate the care.

I ordered online through pizza hut and a door dash delivery driver called me and stated that there were no more Cajun frys. I put in 2 orders totaling 24 dollars. Door dash guy said I need to contact door dash for refund. I called pizza hut and they said they can’t do anything on their end. So door dash called me that night and said I will get a refund. Well that was 3/5/24 and nothing came in. I called door dash 3/16/24 and they said refund was sent and I need to call the bank. Called the bank and there is no evidence of a refund to my account. Frustrating…better off picking up your food since I lost or had my money stolen by door dash and Pizza Hut cant do anything. Ridiculous!

Nobody was there except the guy making the pizza. Atmosphere had 2 cones near a wall with pizza boxes behind it. Not too much room. Monitor showing orders ready was off. Guy making pizzas had to turn around n call someone to help me. That particular person made an sarcastic comment about my order as well. Never will i return to this location. Bad service and unprofessional. That person needs a slap across the face
