Delivery order auto-cancelled with no communication – not blaming staff, when I finally called after waiting over an hour (hoping they were just busy), the person said they didn’t have a delivery driver and it auto-cancels if that happens. The order doesn’t even come through at the store, so they don’t even know. It did automatically refund, thankfully, but Marco’s, please update your website for those that order there instead of third party so that it will communicate to the customer if this happens and we’re not waiting for a dinner that’s not coming.

I placed my order of two pepperoni pizzas at the Marco’s on Jefferson ave 3099 #103 , I went to pick the pizza up paid walked out i normally look at the pizza but i didn’t this time bc i grabbed it for the kids and i was gonna eat something else , long story short i get home and its some pineapple sausage and bbq chicken way far off from what i ordered, I get there tell them hey i just left here show him the charge on my credit card that shows Marco’s pizza that says 30mins ago I’m like look i just left here , he did not care about none of that, oh you have a receipt I’m like at this point i don’t even know where it is he like oh well you don’t have a receipt it’s nothing we can do after me just showing him my charge on my card from there store im like these pizzas are so distinguishing yall should know if yall made this pizzas mind you as I open up the box to show him the pizzas the recipe is right there he looks at the receipt and was like oh you got her order I’m thinking to myself you knew that anyway the receipt was just an excuse for you to dismiss me . After the worker figured out where my pizza was he sat it down said you have to talk to the manager. Mind you I’m watching the manger the guy tells him like yea she needs to talk to you he proceeds to make two more pizzas and go in the fridge like I’m not standing there, very rude very disrespectful NO customer service . When he finally approaches he’s like what’s wrong, i say i had the wrong pizza i brought it back i ordered two pepperoni where is my pizza he opens up the box’s that the boy sat on the counter like this them right there I’m like ok how I’m supposed to know that I’ve been standing here waiting on you why he couldn’t just give me the pizzas?? Then he goes to say u paid a lil extra do you want ur change back i say yes he says oh well i have to recharge ur card and cancel the whole order im like as long as i just waited and i just came all the way back give me my pizza I said this is a shame he decided he wants to go back and forth and argue like no it’s not a shame i said yes it is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR EVEN AN APOLOGY for the mix up i didn’t have to come to this Marco’s location and spend my hard earned money smh the Manger had time to argue with me but the whole time I’m on my way back and in the actual store the phone is just ringing non stop no one is answering or acknowledging the phone they weren’t even monitoring the lobby as i had to knock on the window to get someone’s attention to begin with, I will not be coming back to this location and it’s sad bc this is the one closest to me but i can not and will not deal with the rude disrespectful behavior when yall made the mistake , what’s the point of making the pizzas ignoring phone calls to do so and the orders are still coming out wrong i was not the only one to get a wrong order , mind you the girl that handed me the wrong pizzas to begin with Never said a word knowing she made the mistake smh i can’t and i won’t go back everybody needs to be reprimanded for the actions not good business at all looks bad on the whole company

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely disgusting — extremely greasy and clearly not prepared properly. After eating here, my entire family got sick, including a baby, and I personally have been throwing up for three days straight. That is beyond unacceptable and honestly alarming.
To make it even worse, the customer service was horrible. The staff was rude, dismissive, and downright nasty when we tried to address the issue. No concern, no accountability, no apology — just attitude. When you’re dealing with food that makes people sick, especially a baby, that kind of behavior is unacceptable.
This place clearly does not care about food safety or customers. I will never eat here again and strongly warn others to stay far away.

Friendly staff and fast service and very clean store and very hard workers for the two men that work the shift honestly. I’m proud of this store and I really appreciate two men working that tonight because they were honestly busy and still keep everything right and got it out on time for the customers. These two men definitely need a raise and reward of appreciate and gift card what they did of outstanding work they with keeping everything running smoothly and working properly for the store and not getting the orders wrong with the busy time. Thank you so so very for the service and hot fresh pizza

I just wanted to shout out the GM at this Marcos! He did a great job taking care of me and the food was on point! Even for a Valentine’s day dinner they found a way to get me taken care of. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I seriously doubt the 5 star reviews. People reading this should be aware of the delays, I usually don’t leave a negative review, but the wait time is insane. The rudeness from the staff I experienced is consistent with other reviews. Food quality is okay, but for the severely lacking service and wait time I will not be returning and I advise any innocent pizza enjoyer to do the same

Have been going to this place for a year now and it’s always been good and fast most of the time but they were off their game tonight they went up by $2 on the med pizza deal which is expected with the price of things lately but the pizzas were much smaller and they were mostly crust I just ordered 4 pizzas a week prior and they were normal size they taste good and they were hot and on time but if this is going to be the new normal I will no longer buy from here… I will update on the next visit

I’ve been sick for two days now, which is completely unacceptable from a restaurant. This wasn’t just discomfort — it felt like food poisoning. Place order for delivery 2 and half hours ago still has not come and call place on hold and disconnected after 15 mins on hold call back on one answer the call. After 10 mins on hold somebody pick up name “JAE” very nasty tone and attitude. They ” just got to the phone. ” CANCELED THAT ORDER. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
