I had to say this is like comfort food, after having a long day or a hard long week at work and all you want to do is pamper yourself, then this is the place the old fashioned burger greasy and juicy or the hot dog that is falling out of the bread but it’s so delicious with fries and onion rings with a vanilla shake. I stopped in one night for a takeout order. I was helped immediately was able to place my order. I got a cheeseburger with everything fries and an Oreo shake. All the food was really good. The burger had a lot of toppings and the fries were huge. I also got a bottle of water which came out to $29. I will say that the food was good but as other of you to point out, this is very expensive for what you get. I’m glad that I ate her, but I would try another place next time.

The atmosphere is real sketch in here, seems a little run down, but damn the food selection is good! The fry/onion ring combo was a great choice, and I really liked the bananas foster milkshake!!! Delicious chicken sandwich too!

Stopped in Z Burger for a quick bite, my wife and I ordered a burger, Steak & cheese, fries and onion rings. The onion rings are just plain nasty I threw them away, but the burger was juicy seasoned and delicious no complaints there. My steak & cheese was loaded with plenty of meat & cheese, they are pretty generous with toppings also. The fries are average at best. Overall I was not totally disappointed but my meal could have been better.

I stopped here to grab some fastfood for my group of teenagers from Utah. I figured we’d try something regional that we can’t get back home. Great food, great service. Be advised; the fry portions are huge like 5 Guys. all six of us shared 2 orders of fries, and still had lots left over.

Burger was just okay. Fries were pretty good, very similar to five guys. We ordered a milkshake and while its consistency was perfect, it tasted like burnt metal, like their shake machine is not lubricated or the bearings are worn and smoking. Our kids were excited for it but wouldn’t eat it because of how bad it was. When I told the worker he acted like we insulted his family recipe or something. Skeptical, no apology, just said he would remake it or refund us. Left us feeling weird about it.
Onion rings were pretty good too, but quite oily. I like that they use Heinz ketchup instead of cheap stuff. Overall a mediocre place that could use some managerial coaching.
OH and like others have reported, a random “packaging fee” is added in addition to requesting a 15% or greater tip for ringing you up. Crazy.

Placed a pickup order through their official website. The manager (or ‘manager) on last night brought my sandwich out and then told me the system showed the order as unpaid. Showed him the site receipt, the confirmation email, and the charge on my card but no dice. Now I’m stuck waiting on a refund after emailing the company.
Do y’all get a lot of dedicated, tech-savvy scammers showing up with forged confirmation emails and credit card statements for one sandwich late on Sunday nights? Come on man. I like a cheap burger, but it’s not cheap or good enough here to deal with this.

We went as a family after this place was recommended to us. The burgers were very good, the fries were large, and the place itself was nice. What was surprising was that there was only one person in the kitchen, even though there were several of us and the place was packed. You could see the stress the person in the kitchen was under trying to get so many orders out.

We were excited to try this new restaurant in our neighborhood. The cashier was friendly and offered us a “buy one, get one free” deal. The food was good, but not great. The portions are huge. It was what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. The cleanliness of the restaurant was a bit disappointing. I expected it to be cleaner since it was new. However, there was a strong smell of mildew, as if the restaurant had been closed for a long time.

We get a loaded burger for each person and then split large fries and onion rings.
Everything is delicious. The food is prepared quickly- always in 10min.
The staff is friendly and efficient.
