Ordered a sandwich, drink and 2 cookies for delivery. Order arrived and it was just my sandwich. Have tried calling the store multiple times, but keep getting please enter your access code. The delivery driver told me this was all he was given. My receipt clearly shows 1 sandwich, 1 drink and 2 cookies. Very unhappy with the lack of service provided and lack of ability to get ahold of anyone to correct this.
Edit: I was finally able to get through to someone at the store and was told that was the DoorDashers fault and there was nothing they could do and they were backed up and needed to go and hung up. There was nothing to resolve the complaint, basically told to deal with it. Very unprofessional behavior all around. I’m sadly very disappointed!

Last time when I ordered in September, I just lost our beloved dog–I was getting emotional. The server kept their cool, and still got the order I wanted. Food work station was very clean. Highly recommend!!

Online app ordering said offline for this store location. We wanted the $6.99 any footlong sub special. I asked in the store if there was a price over ride to honor a problem that was not my doing. No they said. App prices only. I do customer service and in any job I’ve ever had there’s always a satisfaction over ride available. This needs to be fixed. Not only that the two other girls there left who I believe might be a new girl there on her own as they went to the back room. Not cool. Very disappointed. I haven’t had subway in years and was looking forward to it for something different. Guess I’ll keep going to Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mike’s from now on. For what it’s worth the new girl seems very nice.

I was having a pretty rough morning at work and on my lunch break I online ordered some subway. All I get on my sandwiches are meat, cheese and pickles. I LOVE pickles. I put in my order that I wanted extra pickles as well as in the special instructions made sure to note that I wanted a ton of pickles. I get back to work and open my sandwich to see they put 4 tiny pickles on the whole sandwich. Which is not even the normal amount they should be putting. It brought me to real tears as I’ve already been having a rough day and this was the cherry on top. Is 4 pickles really extra/a ton to you? I’m very sad over this

Please GM see this and reward employee. I’m leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words “it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family.” I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. I think it’s important to acknowledging nice and hard working. The survey on yhe receipt didn’t work for me. So here’s what I would have shared instead.
