We specialize in top quality food, always carefully-sourced and often all-natural or organic. We pour premium fair trade coffee sourced from the finest small family growers. You will not find any high fructose corn syrup in our food. We offer an extensive and excellent gluten free menu and a full service barista bar. This is the best breakfast & brunch place colorado has gotten. Absolute killer menu, fantastic service, awesome vibe all together! They have gluten free options, their coffee bar is awesome! (try the strawberry matcha – Amazing!)

The good :
Friendly and helpful staff
A lot of options
Beautiful decor and lay out of the restaurant
Good food (both kids ate everything!)
Fun , good drink options
Fresh, the banana bread and the egg dishes are yum!
The bad:
Need to deal with the sound , it was very loud in there.
Service was rough in spots , but that is to be expected (need to be more aware of when kid cups are needed)
Bathrooms didnt smell right (I think there is a plumbing issue)
Overall, a very welcome addition to the area, definitely worth a visit and you can see why this place has worked in thd other states the restaurant is in.

Went to the soft opening of Egg Harbor in Highlands Ranch today and I WILL be back. I’m always looking for new breakfast spots and so glad I found Egg Harbor! This place is a gem! Kayleigh was our server and she was on top of every little detail, very attentive and friendly. Nicole was our hostess and she was amazing, as well. The food was delicious and so much variety! So many latte choices too. If you’re looking for an awesome breakfast experience get to Egg Harbor!!

We went to the soft opening, a fam of 6 and one with a severe allergy to potatoes which they were able to accommodate when most places are challenged or won’t even try. The service was great, staff eager to please and so friendly, the food fabulous with amazing presentation and great portions too! We all tried their specialty, seasonal lattes- lavender chai and cookie butter – both total delish! We all enjoyed a variety of items from crepes, oatmeal, avocado/lox toast to their upscale egg scrambles and Benedicts- all were awesome! We’ll def be going back and thank you for opening in Highlands Ranch!
