I didn’t wanted any pizza so I didn’t try it.
I will try more stuff next time.
Do yourself a favor and go to these three places in order.
Don Gala, Slices, and Pizzeria Italiano.
Guaranteed these all fake reviews. Or they paid people to do it. Family and friends, etc..
This pizza is absolutely disgusting. It’s pure though in the box looks like it’s gonna have some crisp. Absolutely not. Called for a refund and of course they put it on the ordering company “Slice”. All cheese, no sauce and absolutely no crunch. It’s thick and disgusting. I don’t leave reviews like this but because of how rude the guy on the phone was after telling me he wouldn’t do any deliveries, and then ordering online because I was desperate. And telling me he won’t refund my money? I’ll be dropping the food off tomorrow just to make a point. I offered to give back every piece of food that came here. I took one bite out of the dry chicken and hurt my tooth on an hard, dry piece. Took two bites of a piece of pizza and threw it off my balcony for the cats and animals to eat. How this place has the stars they have is beyond me. I do now realize that it Is near the college campus, has to be how they’re still in business. People who arent Italian need to stick to what they know and stop making our food. Because it just doesn’t work. Only thing good that came out of this was that I have a bottle of soda. Thanks, Pepsi.
I will absolutely not be returning to this establishment for anything even as hungry as I am right now I’d rather Not eat next time and just wait for something good to open up.
Please people stop letting establishments buy your reviews and give you free stuff for them.
⭐️HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION SPECIFICALLY!!
I stumbled across this place on Google and I’m SO glad I did!! I used the app and placed my order online, when I arrived my order was ready and the man that helped me was nice.
What a pleasant surprise! I ate so fast I didn’t get a pic but I will definitely be back!
EDIT: Came back the next day and it was consistent with the taste and service from the day before! I am a customer for life!
With the platter, I like to get Oil &Vinegar dressing, and dip the fries as well.
The gyro is engineered well, easy to get every topping in every bite.
The meatball parm is the narrow diameter type bread and is once again, a perfectly balanced bite of cheese, meatball, sauce, and bread.
The service was fast and friendly; I ate here twice in one day. On my first visit, I asked if the chicken parm was breaded on-site or if the meatballs for the sub were made in-house, to which the clerk let me know they were not, and recommended the cheesesteak. I went with the parm anyway, and I rather enjoyed it, despite it being more sauce and cheese than it was chicken, but it filled me up, and it came with chips.
Later, a friend and I got the 10 wings, a 1 topping pizza, and 2 liter some for ~$26; we got a pepperoni pizza, and half lemon pepper wings and half of their hot buffalo.
Their pizza was really cheesy, and it looked like something out of the movies “The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” or “All Dogs Go To Heaven.” Despite the loaded up pizza losing it’s crisp outside of the crust, I still found it delicious. I dipped it in the buffalo sauce from my wings for some heat.
Speaking of heat, the buffalo was SERIOUSLY spicy. The first was tolerable, and the second made me slow down and breathe until the pain subsided; it was great. The cook on the wings, however, was overcooked a bit. The lemon pepper wings were almost too-seasoned, but I still really liked them.
For my 2 liter, I asked for ice to drink it with, and I was told they didn’t have ice.
Overall, you’ll get something that will satisfy at a price that’s hard to complain about. Next time I visit I’ll try the cheesesteak!
I ordered online. First time trying the place. I ordered a chicken shawarma plate, apparently they ran out of rice therefore they gave me an extra salad to compensate. I open the plate just to find out I wasn’t given what I ordered minus the rice and it was a wrap or so instead with the salad. Would have been fine with no rice if it was actually what I ordered.
