This place isn’t great for pickup, as the employees here tend to miss ingredients almost on purpose it seems. One occasion they forgot the cheese on the pizza sub, and my favorite one is when they forgot to put the lettuce on a BLT. This is most definitely the aftternoon shift if any manager wants to look into this [12:00pm-3pm]. So, if you order here, please do it inside that way you can supervise them making the sandwich since they still need it apparently.

I went there a while back and had a bad experience. Thought I would never go again but I decided to today, and i’m glad I did the people working there today was genuinely, the nicest people her name was Harleigh and there was two gentlemen by the names of Marik and Ashton. This place sucks! We’ve ordered from here 4 times since moving to the east side of town. Once online and 3 times in the store. The attitudes every time are ridiculous. Workers acting like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering food. Cant get ahold of management, cant get anyone higher up to call you back. Absolute joke.

Not sure what has happened to subway, but the quality is definitely lacking.
I ordered the outlaw, and compared to the advertisement, it was pretty sad looking.
Stopped here strictly for convenience, but I guess I will drive out of my way because Jersey Mikes is so much better!

The black girl that made our sandwiches was very rude. Did not smile or show any good customer service. The young man Ricky was pleasant but should have better customer service. Maybe some customer service training would help your store. We won’t be back.
