I usually love arby’s, but this time I don’t know what happened

ordered the French dip and didn’t get the dip. My husband ordered food and didn’t get any of his. He picked it up through the drive, through and drove home. So didn’t know it till he got home. We had a Turkey bacon ranch, and the bread was so hard like it just sat out for 24 hours. It was nasty and the Turkey inside my sandwich was the butt end slice of the Turkey. It was kind of gross.
The sandwich wasn’t made well like it usually is, it was very sloppy and uncared for and it concerned me of cleansliness because of the carelessness. All the jalapeno poppers were smashed and the coke was flat. I normally wouldn’t complain but the odds of all of this in one meal for 1 customer and my husband is not a complaining man
So I know he didn’t do anything to upset anyone even still to know that someone would do this to someone’s food out of anger would be even more scary. I think it’s whoever’s in charge.
I don’t wanna go back to arby’s for let’s just say month’s…or longer
Needless to say, a lot of this food that we do have is wasted.
Just unappetizing.
I have no idea what’s going on.
But what happened arby’s?

Definitely will never go back to this location. The Hobart location is WAY better. My order took more than 15 minutes. I was asked to pull around the lobby door 5 minutes after I paid for my order. While my food was being brought out to me the employee used the garbage bin to hold the lobby door open, and then set my bag on the concrete. When I asked him if he placed the bag on the floor he’d lied and said he dropped it. I didn’t make it a huge deal after that because I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes for my food. After giving me the bags I asked if he had my other drink and let him know it was a diet doctor pepper. He brought me my drink and but after her left I realized it was regular Dr. Pepper.
When I got home to eat my food, the medium fry cup wasn’t even full. My medium drink cup was nothing but ice, and when I unwrapped my Chicken Cordon Blue sanwhich it was sloppily made and had no Swiss cheese….. I’m very disappointed with everything overall….

Horrible service… I’ve had multiple bad visits here in the past and this one was no different. After ordering and paying the proceeded to let me know there’s no ice.. made me pull up and when they brought my food out, they let me know that they had no more aju my upcharged French dip meal… also forgot all condiments and the cheese sauce I was charged for. Cold cheese sticks and fries of coarse… no remorse for any of this. My fault for going back I guess. 3 hours before close FYI

I like “classic roast beef with cheese sauce”. This is because I don’t like the onion buns, or the red sauce they put on the beef and cheddar. I order “classic with cheese” all the time, with no problems. But at this store they gave me a beef and cheddar. At the restaurant, several tables were dirty. I thought I would respond to their survey, but Qualtrics did not recognize the store number. So all around, a disappointing experience.

Didn’t give my bf the correct sandwich at all even though my bf talked loud and clear, gave us no marina for the mozzarella sticks even tho we asked and put sauce on my sandwich when I didn’t ask for it.its not suppose to come on the sandwich.should be listening better to get people the correct food.

Service was extremely slow. I understand maybe they’re understaffed but I shouldn’t had to wait in line 20 minutes for two small chicken sliders and a curly fry. I ordered the buffalo sliders and there isn’t a lick of buffalo on it. I’m upset because what was the reason of making me wait so long for my food ? Won’t be back

Placed an online order at 9:50 pm because the app said they were open until 11pm. Didn’t realize they make their own hours and have a paper on the drive thru window stating they close at 10 pm until further notice. Definitely not the problem here at this location though. I showed up at 10:05 pm, not knowing about the paper on the window, the blond manager on duty had my order hanging out the window and was very short with me, still not the reason for my review. Get all the way home and realize why the sandwiches we ordered were hidden on the bottom of the bag. We ordered 2 roast beef doubles and 1 reg beef and cheddar along with a fish sandwich, curly fries, jalapeño bites and Mac and cheese bites. Now let’s get to the good, the bad and the ugly. The good: curly fries, jalapeño bites and Mac and cheese bites were all fine. The bad: the fish sandwich wasn’t wrapped and had bad lettuce on it. The ugly: the beef sandwiches, all 3, had me wondering if it was a prank. They took and threw on a few hunks, not slices, on a bun and literally called it a day. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Drove all the way back, which is when I seen the paper on the window saying they close at 10 pm, it is 10:35 pm and she didn’t want to open the window and address the issue. My husband asked her to look at the sandwiches and tell him if anything like that should ever be given to a customer. She preceded to tell him we’re closed and that she doesn’t work the back so she had no idea what was given to us. Because my husband was irritated, no foul language being used, just raised his voice, she then threatens to call the police on him. What is going on Portage Arby’s?
