I was in the area dropping paperwork at the courthouse. I was recommended this place by one of the officers. I ordered the bologna sandwich, Mac n cheese, green beans and fries. I threw in the trash! Had no seasoning, green beans were not cooked all the way and the fries were not done! I put ketchup on them to seeing it made a difference! Nope! Maybe I came on a bad day! The cashier was nice and polite!

Food is great old town feel people were nice building is older but not awful smelled clean plenty of parking but unfortunately, I was in the middle of shift, change. The first girl took my order and another girl picked up, where she left off and I never got my Salisbury steak, my okra, my mashed potasin, gravy, and I sat there for several minutes before I actually got up and asked if it was ready and she had it sitting in there to go light and I had a decline it, because it was not fresh. So as much as I wanted to give them a good review I can’t matter of fact, I just told her I wanted to pay for my fried mushrooms which were good. It must write, but I have sat there for 20 minutes. Anybody checked on my order. I should’ve known something was wrong. It’s a simple mistake. But I will not be back unfortunately

Fountain Grill is exactly what it supposed to be. I had an excellent bacon cheeseburger and perfect sweet tea. I watched the cook throw the patty on the flat top grill and then assemble it and wrap it in parchment paper. I got there at 1:00, So maybe I was a little past their lunch rush but from ordering to eating took less than five minutes. Support this nice little slice of Americana.

I got the chicken sandwich and fried pickles. Honestly the best I’ve had of either. The chicken sandwich was fried to perfection and had the right amount of mayo, lettuce, and tomato to compliment the toasted bun. The fries were warm and crispy and the pickles were a bit salty but that’s expected. Otherwise they went perfect with the ranch. Will definitely be stopping there again.
