This specific location is absolute garbage in every way. From the food, to the delivery, to the lack of customer service.
I have had PJ in NC and SC and it was the best pizza I ever had, and quickly became my favorite pizza chain to order from.
But this location, the quality of the pizza is terrible! The food is always cold because they depend on doordash drivers to deliver their pizza. Delivery charge is a ridiculous $6.50 I’ve never paid that much for delivery in my life for a pizza place!
Calling about refund and I have called over 9x now and no answer. They are trying to avoid my calls. Extremely unprofessional. The manager should be written up! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TRASH LOCATION!

To the person who made the delivery order at 3:26PM today, thank you so much for putting love into the pizza. It was exactly how I liked it when I ask for light cheese. The dough and crust were perfect to the ratio of my protein, olives, sauce and cheese. The pizza was cooked beautifully and I don’t say that a lot about fast food pizza joints. I can tell whoever made this is having a good day and made it with love. Thank you for caring!
