Choose another pho place in San Rafael, terrible customer service for a door dash order, they switched pork spring rolls for shrimp and didn’t have half the vegetables they advertised. Food is ok but the service is subpar. And there was no manager there that day! There are plenty of pho options in San Rafael, and we’ll be eating somewhere else next time.

I’m so happy to have found this spot in Marin! The food was fresh and flavorful, and the iced coffee was delicious and strong. I had the grilled shrimp and grilled beef, my husband had the chicken pho. Everything looked as good as the photos on the menu when it came out and tasted even better! The ingredients were high quality, as was the preparation. Definitely will be back!

Food is ok. Not much selection which is fine. We sat but were never greeted nor given a menu. My husband had to get us the menu. The dirty towel was left on top of the condiments. The arrogant guy waiter made it worse. Got our order wrong and did not correct the check. He seemed annoyed when we asked him to correct it. It’s a vietnamese restaurant but their jam doesn’t go with the vibe. Will never come back!
