whenever I come by there’s always a girl smoking out back while the other girl stays inside and has to make all the food alone. the girl with black hair is no good, literally watched you come in and doesn’t make an effort to get up and do her job. this has happened multiple times when I come and night, and the other girl always does her best but it’s one girl doing the work of two people because your other people are lazy.

The subway app wouldn’t let me use a deal for b1FL get 1FL for $1. So I went into the restaurant. Vivian the person working was busy. Patiently waiting, the coworker with black hair, I believe manager, came out and gathered sauce bottles. She didn’t ask if I needs service even though still waiting while the internet orders that were backed up were being made. I had told Vivian that I couldn’t order on line and the manager said it’s because of the government shutdown. And then asked me if I was aware the government was shut down. I was truly offended by this.

Should probably have more than one person working. Had to wait for my mobile order 40 minutes past when I ordered it. Pick up time was 4:30, just got it at 5:10. Ridiculous.

Went there on Tuesday the 21st there was one person working one customer before me the girl informed me she had online orders to make before she could do mine I waited almost 20 minutes

The food was good however it was just one guy working the line, he did a great job but there was a line of at least 8 people. The other worker was in the back. I know prep has to be done too but customers come first. He did exceptional work and provided great customer service. I wish I could have helped, I used to work in a subway so I know how it is but good job to that guy he did great.

The veggies were gross, and needed to be flipped and refreshed!! There were red onions mixed w the green peppers, lettuce brown..it was a mess.
There was only one employee. He was doing his absolute best but it’s obviously not convenient making subs, checking ppl out and keeping in top of your cold coolers etc. it’s impossible. Hire more. Your customer service will be better. Don’t make one employee drown. Not cool.
The inside was clean and there’s tons of seating.
Id call ahead and or order online for best results.

Great staff. I go there all the time. Both rachels, Mark, Jenn, and Justin are fantastic. The manager runs a great store. The staff are very kind and very helpful, even when busy.

I placed an order through The SUBWAY® app for the Auburn subway and when I got there it apparently didn’t go through on their end, but it did charge my card and when I was showing the employee this she went I’m sorry and then continue making the online order that she was on and didn’t offer any solutions she made me pay for it when i asked if she could make it for me
