The food is great that they have a great vegetarian and healthy selection. The breakfast items are amazing. It was a great experience. The owner and the host were high energy and accommodating. The ambiance was phenomenal they also have a piano in which a family played and it sounded like a classical theatre. This is my second visit and is now my new go to coffee and breakfast spot. Thank you very professional yet feel the comfort of a family owned placed.

Brown Sugar is a welcome addition to the area! The food is delicious and the service is great. The decor is super cute and the owner is very welcoming, which all contributes to a great dining experience. I have already been many times since the grand opening in October and have never been disappointed! All of the dishes I have tried I loved, but my absolute favorite dish is the soufflé pancakes. Overall, I would definitely recommend Brown Sugar!

Just before a big snowstorm, we ladies got together at Brown Sugar Café in Warren, and once again it was a wonderful experience. This was at least our sixth visit since it opened last year. The food is delicious and healthy, the coffee is tasty, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The owner, Annie, and her staff are so friendly and kind. We always have a great time here. If you’re looking for a local place to eat, relax, and chat with friends, this is the best spot around. Highly recommend!

This is truly an amazing place with delicious food and exceptionally friendly staff. The owner is very kind and polite, and treated my son with genuine warmth and care, which meant a lot to us.
The food is outstanding, and the atmosphere is colorful, lively, and welcoming. Although I came across a few negative reviews beforehand, our personal experience was completely the opposite. Everything we witnessed reflected excellent service and sincere hospitality.
Based on our visit, I would strongly encourage others to look past the negative comments and experience this wonderful place for themselves. It is a fantastic addition to our town and well worth a visit.

What an adorable addition to Warren! I saw someone post about Brown Sugar Cafe on social media and decided to try it for breakfast today with our family…oh my gosh was it delicious! My daughter had the kids French toast and my son had the kids pancakes- both delicious and came with these adorable little candies shaped like a panda and mouse. My husband and I split the berry soufflé pancakes and the farmers market Benedict— both were amazing! We also had lattes which were so good!! We will definitely be back soon. Their lunch options looked tasty as well!

We are so excited to see Brown Sugar Cafe open in Warren. Having a dedicated brunch spot with omelettes, pancakes, waffles and other fun food is great for spontaneous meals. We met the owners on this official opening weekend and they were so gracious and excited (this is their second restaurant). We ate outside on a beautiful weekend in October. The outside area is spacious and comfortable. The service was great and the meals were perfect (not over the top, but I left very full just the same). The home-made sauce for the omelettes had a hint of spicy flavor mixed with sweetness – it was delicious. The fresh bread to start was a nice treat. We had omelettes (and perfectly roasted rosemary potatoes) and French toast along with hot chocolate. The decor outside was charming. Overall A rating – we will be back. Just what the Martinsville / Warren area has needed for over 20yrs.

Cute cafe in Warren. Came here by chance. We were in the area. All the food was fresh and the brown sugar latte was delicious. Even though it was Valentine’s Day, we found seats. It is a very popular spot. It looks small but it has a lot of space towards the back.

An absolutely cute place to have a nice breakfast/brunch! Their matcha latte is the best I’ve ever had. Their food tastes so authentic and not heavy. People are nice and kind and atmosphere was great. Also can we talk about their bathroom!? So cute!!! I love the vibe.

From the welcoming decor, the excellent hospitality of the staff and the quality and taste of the food your restaurant will be serving Warren for so many years to come. Cute place! We walked in and had to wait for about 15 minutes for a table for 2. The food was very cute looking, tasted good. Drinks were also really nice. Only issue was that the complimentary bread was very cold? Not even room temp, just cold and the inner part of the bread was a bit tough as a result, so not my favorite. Service was pretty nice, but we did feel a bit rushed towards the end, even though we weren’t there for that long, and we didnt see anyone waiting as we were leaving. Otherwise, we had nice time here!
