The town gentleman that waited on us were very kind! They were quick, clean. Changed out gloves numerous times while we were there. Very clean and good service! Also our sandwiches were nicely put together instead of sloppy like most places.

This is only my second time visiting Jimmy John’s. This location is not a very welcoming environment when entering. Out of 4 employees, not one person greeted us, thanked us or said goodbye. Nor did anyone asked if the sandwiches were for here or to go, but rather instead stated where the bags were to bag our own food. It seemed like the least was done, next to having to make the sandwiches that we paid for. The sandwiches were just ok, but meticulously made with the least amount of product as possible with 3 pickles, two pieces of onion, a clump of lettuce….oh wait, too much lettuce, let’s take half that off. There’s room for improvement.

You’re better off doing pickup! Delivery from this location takes FOREVER. I live less than 5 minutes from this location and it consistently takes an hour to get delivery. I kept thinking it was a one-off issue but I can’t be in denial anymore. And they never seem apologetic. So much for freaky fast! Also I wouldn’t do delivery of a toasted sub because it will arrive cold.

I placed my order at 11:15 AM and it arrived at 12:45 PM via Uber Eats. There was no indication up front that the order would be so delayed or that it would be delivered by a third party. The sandwich was fine, but most of the ice in the soda had melted. This is pretty unacceptable from a company that touts its speed. I will not be ordering from this location again.

It is likely this store is understaffed, and its staff underpaid. Unfortunately, an employee was incredibly rude to me, and only gave 3/4 of my order. It took her 20 minutes of me standing there for my order to be fulfilled. Was told “my boss is here,” and when I asked to speak with them, was told “they are no longer here.” This employee (while customers are waiting for their orders ) was also openly rude to her co-worker, who finally had to say: “I’m not trying to ignore you, I’ve been busy taking orders.” Truly appalling behavior.

The music is so loud! The service was fast, however, maybe too fast. The guy making sandwichs, used his gloved knuckle to type in my order and then went back to making sandwiches. They announced a club Lulu, which is what I ordered, But it was actually a big John that was given to me. I didn’t notice this until down the road. The sandwich was great but not what I ordered.
