Capolinea was so good I went two nights in a row. The service was flawless both nights. Night one: tricolore salad and those baked potato sticks with Cacio e Pepe sauce. Like a carb-driven dream. Finished with a cannoli! A girl dinner if I ever saw one. Night two, I lost control and ordered half the menu….calamari, bread, crudo, and that squid ink seafood pasta which I definitely enjoyed. Over ordering is my specialty! Zero regrets.

My lady and I had our first date at Capolinea for Valentine’s day, and it was the best date of my life. The food was great. The atmosphere was just right and set the tone for an extraordinary evening. The hospitality was amazing. Armani was our server and his service completely elevated the entire dining experience. Lisa Marie ensured that we had the kind of evening that is what I wanted for to provide for me date. Food, ambiance, and service will not disappoint here. We will definitely add this to the list of restaurants that we will visit again.

My husband and I had the privilege of dining at Capolinea for the first time this Valentine’s Day, and to say we were blown away would be an understatement. The service was incredible, and the food was absolutely exceptional.
We especially enjoyed the Maltagliati con tartufo. The noodles were clearly homemade and perfectly cooked al dente. The sauce was beautifully creamy with just the right amount of truffle. We both agreed it was the most authentic pasta we’ve had in the United States, and it truly reminded us of Italy.
The Tricolore salad was another favorite, and we greatly enjoyed the filetto wagyu as well. The desserts were equally impressive and perfectly complemented the courses before them. Capolinea also offers an extensive wine list and a thoughtful selection of spirits, which their talented bartender crafted into beautiful cocktails.
Beyond the outstanding food, the service was impeccable. We had the pleasure of being served by Dominique, who was professional, personable, and attentive throughout the evening. Our glasses were never close to empty, and he provided excellent recommendations while answering all of our questions with care.
We cannot wait to return. The only regret you’ll leave with is not being able to try more of the incredible dishes in one sitting.

Amazing food amazing atmosphere and 5 star service. This is not your normal restaurant inside of a hotel. Capolinea can stand alone anywhere in the city as a great Italian inspired fine dining experience. The focaccia bread is some of the best I have ever had. And the veal was amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely be back the next time I am in Atlanta.

Wow!!! I am typically not impressed by restaurants in Atlanta but this place EXCEEDED expectations in every aspect; from the ambience, the service, to the food. It’s mark to find upscale places that have the customer base and service level to defend a 5 star rating but this place truly deserves 10 stars! Armani and Lisa-Marie were the difference maker in making my experience second to none- I highly recommend booking and requesting them by name! This was my first time visiting but it will certainly not be the last.

The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Leave room for desserts – “Porcini” & “Perla” are truly works of art. But the best part of the restaurant is its staff. The service is absolutely amazing – from the front hostesses to the manager, Lisa Marie; kudos to Kajuana – she is one of the very best servers that I ever encountered. She was personable, attentive and didnt missed a step !!! Great place to dine in Atlanta.

I came to the Capolinea during a staycation at the Signia, something I love to do from time to time as a personal treat, and the experience absolutely delivered.
Food:
The food was excellent. Thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with intention. Every bite felt elevated without being pretentious, which is exactly what you want when you’re looking to relax and enjoy the moment. A big kudos to the chef!!!
Service:
The service truly stood out. Armani, the bartender, was exceptional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely engaging. His recommendations were spot-on, and he added a personal touch that made the experience feel less like dining out and more like being hosted.
On top of that, the manager, Lisa Marie, came by to personally check in, which speaks volumes about the level of care and leadership at Capolinea. That kind of attentiveness doesn’t go unnoticed and really enhances the overall experience.
Atmosphere:
The atmosphere was warm, polished, and inviting, perfect for a staycation dinner or a night where you just want to unwind and enjoy yourself. It struck a great balance between upscale and comfortable.

I really enjoyed our dinner tonight at Capolinea. Although it isn’t clear what to expect walking into a busy Hilton Lobby, the restaurant on the 4th floor is really a pleasant surprise of elegance, service and atmosphere. First – the service. From the manager, to the waiter and all the other staff who helped make our meal special – the service was terrific. Our waiter ( I forget his name) was really great. He had a perfect knowledge of the food menu and wine plus he was very friendly, professional, enthusiastic…and he had great style too! The atmosphere was elegant, spacious, lively but not too loud. The food was all delicious, from the grilled calamari app, fresh salad to the decadent pastas, everything was a hit at our table. It wasn’t too hard to get a reservation but I think that will change soon. Please save me a seat!

Wow! That about sums it up. The food, drinks, service and atmosphere were great! Our host/server, sorry but I can not recall her name but she said she was from Tampa, was the epitome of customer service.
She knew the menu inside and out, and while making sure our party was all being attended to, still found time for quick conversation. We were a party of eight, and everybody was impressed and happy with Capolinea.
After dinner, a couple of us moved outside to finish our cocktails outside since they have plenty of space for cool views and great conversation.
This restaurant was a highlight of my stay at the Signia, and definitely earned the property some much needed points.
