Don’t bother coming if it’s after 2:30. They said they weren’t making sandwiches anymore which is ridiculous they don’t close till three. Not a place that really wants your business anymore since they sold it.

I’m not one to complain often and I’ve held off on making this review but this is the 5th time I’ve come to the mangrove location and each and every time I’ve had terrible customer service. I work in the service industry and know that’s it not hard to even put a smile on your face… I get it we have bad days, we get tired, and annoyed but each customer deserves a good experience and I haven’t been getting that here. I’m a paying customer that genuinely likes the food here but unfortunately regular human decency is more important to me. I won’t be returning to this location and I hope managerial staff can make customer service more important for their new AND returning customers!

My son loves this place, he always wants to go on Saturdays. I like that we can fill out what we want quickly. They always do a good job and the food is delicious. My kids love sampling the bread there too, they can even sample cookies. Overall great place, been to all the great harvests in Chico

I’m not local, but I was in Chico for work and came across Great Harvest and decided to give it a try for lunch. Very glad I did. They have unique yummy breads and my BLT was delicious! Will definitely return whenever I’m in town!

Honestly I loved this place more than any other sandwich shop in Chico, but I swear the last two years I’ve had nothing but mistakes on every single order I make. They aren’t even complicated sandwiches, but they almost always mess them up. I was just there today at the esplanade location which is usually better, and out of the six items I asked for they missed two, and I was the only customer there. It’s too expensive for little things like that to happen for no reason. I work in the service industry and I know when it’s busy and mistakes happen, and when people just don’t care to try at all.
