Terrible customer service! The soda machine wasn’t working ((no carbonation)), the worker tells me that it suppose to taste that. Then said I was complaining. Sir, I just wanted my drink and not syrup! Never again! I will also be calling corporate as well to file a complaint. I guess the owner is his wife so they aren’t going fix it. I went to this subway when they first opened up and I wanted to wash my hands. The employee informed m I had to use the men restroom. My husband informed me they always keep the ladies locked because they used that one. The men’s restroom was nasty and when I told her she looked at me liked I wasn’t worthy of a clean restroom and she never cleaned it while I was there. I will not be going back and if you do before you eat please check out the restrooms.

Came he on lunch break… before i order my food ANYWHERE I go I love to wash my hands.. I was immediately told that the woman’s bathroom was broken… so I had to enter the males bathroom… Ok cool… problem was as soon as I came out of the male bathroom the a Indian family member of the business comes out at the same time … it left me confused so I politely said… I thought y’all told me that bathroom was broken…. The Indian man just looked at me with no response… needless to say I wasn’t sure if it was because I am a black woman or maybe they just didn’t want me to use it… ♀️

The food was okay, but they charged us extra and gave us the merchant receipt, so we couldn’t see what we had paid for. On top of that, when we asked for our receipt, the cashier said we had to wait at least five minutes because her computer had mysteriously restarted at that precise moment, so we decided to leave without a receipt. However, we realized the robbery because we usually go to this place and it always comes out the same until this time.

The young lady was helping someone when I entered and the older man and woman ignored me and continued their conversation. The young lady finishes with the previous customer and puts my sandwich in the toaster, then the guy runs over and takes my sandwich out and then runs back to the register to ring up my order and the lady after me. He did not change his gloves afterwards and then uses those dirty hands to put spinach on my sandwich. I asked for heavy vinegar and he poured oil all over it when I did not ask for that. I asked him to cut my sandwich three times and he cuts it two times. I will not be coming back to the store. The service could be better!

If you guys like using coupons please avoid this location they HATE them and will change their face when you mention them they’ll treat you like you’re begging it happened to me today 1/17/23 @ 12:45 pm they won’t honor anything that the cupon advertises. And will treat you rudely. First time I come to this location thinking I’m saving a few $$ since I usually spend $150 buying food for my crew and didn’t want to be rude like her and just walk out but I was definitely not going to spend my money there!

Placed a mobile order at 6:10 pm, was told in the app ready for pickup by 6:40. Showed up at 7:00 to pick it up for my family and not one of my sandwiches in sight. They said, “Oh yeah we still have to do that order, it’s kind of busy.” There was one family of 5 and one guy behind them. Not busy just not interested in working at all. Ridiculous to deal with and embarrassing.
