Rosati’s is a phenomenal place. We ordered pizza from them when I was visiting my friends in Apex & WOW it was so tasty. We got the thin crust Meat Mania & it was delicious. Light, crispy crust, savory toppings. Just a really great experience.
What absolutely made my night was that Iruka (the owner) invited us to try the specialty pizza – OH. SO GOOD. And Iruka’s kindness & generosity just sent it over the edge. Fantastic place with great energy. Definitely worth checking out

Ordered 3 pizzas, including gluten free, that were all very good. The manager was generous in giving a discount after our order was delayed an extra 20 minutes past the 30-45 minutes we were told. They were very short staffed at this location; there was no employee at the counter for several minutes after arriving, with three other unhappy customers also waiting. They are in the process of hiring and I hope they will succeed!

This is the best deep dish pizza in North Carolina! I have been to Chicago and had deep dish pizza. Rosari’d is definitely just as good. There is nothing bad on their menu. I love the fact that you can buy a deep dish frozen and cook it at home. It’s a good thing I live almost an hour away otherwise I would be broke!! This pizza and all other items are worth the drive!! If you haven’t been this is the place to go!

Came in for a quick bite with my kids. Tried their cheese pizza and simple Alfredo with penne. Although the pasta took 40 minutes to prepare, it was well worth the wait. One of the best Alfredo pasta we have had. Everything was prepared from scratch, hence the wait time. Both staff members, Zoy & Kirsten were helpful and provided great service from beginning to end.

The food is absolutely delicious. I don’t know why people left bad comments until last week. The online order system told me to pick up my pizza after 50 min. I arrived after an hour, and waited an extra half hour. I understand they’re short of staff that day. But the owner needs to fix the problem, is it? Like to call other staff, extend waiting time or stop delivering orders. Those two poor employees have to make everything and deal with angry customers.

Terrible experience. Ordered online at 4:37 pm (not a busy time) and it said 30 minutes. I arrived at 5:10 and was told it would be 15 more minutes. A bit inconveniencing, but not the end of the world. At 5:45 they tell me they have no Canadian bacon and my last pizza hasn’t gone in the oven yet. I ordered over an hour ago at this point. They offered me a drink or a slice of pizza for this delay/not having the topping I paid for. I said I am ordering three pies and have plenty of drinks at home. They gave me a $20 gift card, which I appreciated. While waiting in the restaurant for over a literal hour, I witnessed the phone ring and ring and go unanswered, and no one even walk in for 30+ minutes straight. Two separate individuals arrived around 6, and both were told their food was not ready. How is everything delayed if there are so few orders? The food was fine, but this place is either understaffed, poorly run, or both.

By the slice, fantastic, crispy pepperoni, generous with the cheese. Perfect Chicago style pizza. Friendly staff. Call it in, eat in (a few tables available) or order at the counter. Clean and the Delish smells are free. Go get you some. The Bulletin board fun and a great read.

We placed an order for 4 pizzas at 4 pm to be picked up at 5:15 pm. You would think this would be an easy order for a pizza place to fill. Unfortunately for Rosati’s, this was an impossible task. At 5:30 when we arrived to get the pizza (15 min after pickup time), it still wasn’t ready. Waited around for a while. Eventually asked the staff and was told “we just put yours in!” 15 min later…no pizza. This was repeated multiple times. Obviously the staff was just lying to our faces as it was not handed off to us until 7:15 pm! 2 hours after scheduled and over 3 hours after the order was put in. The owner wouldn’t even comp our order for such poor service and only offered a paltry $10 gift card. And to add insult to injury, they did not even make our orders correctly, making both the wrong sizes and adding the wrong toppings. Will never return and recommend no one else does either. Poorly managed and obviously poor training for staff.
