I love Mi Mexico Lindo on Highway K. Tonight, I ordered the al pastor tacos and the shrimp tacos. Both were delicious. The al pastor tacos were phenomenal though. Jaheim was so polite when he sat us and when he rang us out, and Gary was a great waiter. He helped me make the decision on the tacos and provided “service with a smile.”
This is my favorite restaurant to regularly visit in the area, as the food, service, and prices are outstanding.

5 stars on all but the service and that’s because they need more help. We were there at 2pm and they were slammed. It was just too much for 3 people.
The food? I may never go back to a different Mexican restaurant; the food here is that good.
I had the tatys special and I ate every bit of it.
The others with me (9 people) ordered different things and they all said the same thing.
Everyone was so friendly, joking with us, apologizing for being slow.

Had a great experience here! The food was good and the atmosphere was nice, but what really stood out was the host, Jaheim. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and super professional. He made sure we were seated quickly and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. You can tell he really cares about customers having a good experience. Definitely made our visit better and we will be coming back! Hope to have same host!!

This was my first time at the restaurant!! Food was amazing but most of all the Host Jaheim was great!! He was so nice and sweet. He had positive energy! Such an amazing and hardworking gentleman!! Youre seeing so many 5 star reviews for a good reason. Weve been here twice, one when it was open less than aonth and again today. BOTH experiences were too notch. The service is quick, and you’re met with very happy staff from walking in the door to the time you leave. The food and the drinks are all great. We’ve been trying to find a GOOD Mexican restaurant since we moved from Chicago 3 years ago, we’ve finally found our “spot”!

I had the birria burrito and it was great. The consommé was good too. Can’t have birria without the consommé and it was perfect. The burrritos are huge and definitely fill you up.
The atmosphere was great and great music that didn’t overpower the conversations. I will be coming back!

This has become our FAVORITE Mexican Restaurant in St. Charles. The food is fresh and carefully prepared, and portions are consistent with each visit. I LOVE the decor, and the staff members work together to serve customers. They’re friendly and fun.

This place opened 2 days ago, and our experience overall was excellent. Both the food and the service were great, especially for the insane amount of people that were there. Our waiter accidentally brought us the wrong drinks but he was super quick to fix it, and was so apologetic (even though we reminded him that he didn’t need to). The owners were also going around checking on everybody every so often, and everything was great. (Photo shows shrimp enchiladas)
