I haven’t been to Clarke’s in a while. My husband and I were in the area and stopped in for lunch. There was two men at the bar and that was all. We both ordered hamburgers which weren’t bad but only ok. They also took a very long time. We went to pay the check and was told that we couldn’t put the tip on the bill. It had to be cash. Sad to say that we will not be going back to Clarke’s.

This place is insane! Love it! It’s my neighborhood bar and you can always find locals having a good time. Bartenders are really good at their job. And it’s open till late.
Very limited food menu but they allow you to order from any of the restaurants and have it inside the bar once their kitchen is closed.

Came by recently for a night out. It was our first time visiting. Good drinks but my wife later got food poisoning from her meal. It was upsetting. Will be our first and last time there.

We were looking for a bar with darts for my husband’s birthday and found this gem. Stayed till close, had a blast. The owner, Des, is a great guy, really laid back. We didn’t have food, but it’s a nice selection of drinks, well-priced. We’ll be back!

I popped in for a beer and burger a few weeks back with my son. We were looked at with a stink eye from the staff and were never greeted. Then when we found our way to the bar the bartender gave us an attitude. We ended up walking out before I could even get a drink. Very unfriendly. I’ve been to 100’s of Irish pubs and never had an experience like this.

St. Patrick’s day, bought a bracelet and this bar was on the list. We were waiting for food and drinks and were kicked out by a waitress because she said there was a private party coming in. The bouncer said they were kicking out people under 25 years old or part of the bar crawl because they didn’t want to be on the list. Multiple couples coming to buy food and drinks and leave tips were kicked out. It was unfair and unprofessional for a business to do such a thing and make up an excuse like a fake party. I was so disappointed especially as a food industry employee myself.
