Ordered online 15 minutes ahead order was not ready, employees were not attentive or professional. I ordered a queso dip and was told they didn’t have it after waiting 10 more minutes (still waiting on food) they said the had it but I was no longer interested in waiting. Fire everybody several customers came in an walked out in the time I waited as well

I Asked for an 8 piece family meal and was told all they don’t have chicken. So I asked what do they have? They said they only have mashed potatoes. Obviously they don’t want to work. I could understand if I came 5-10 minutes before closing but that’s not the case in this situation.

Do not order online or pick up. Each time we have done so our Chicken was over cooked. The pot pie edges were so hard I had to break it off. Only one time has our order been worth the money. Always go inside and order seems your food is better that way. Avoid the Biscuits the flavor is overwhelming of Baking powder.

Make sure you don’t order food a full hour and a half before they close, they wont make it! they wont even ask what the order is, they’ll just say the same thing before you can even speak. “we most likely dont have your order”. its happened like 5 times now. but they sure do have marijuana to smoke outside the front doors!

Sooo the thing is. Ive been here several times in the last few days( Yes, I know I’m a fat ass but menstrual cravings are no joke) and I’m not sure what the young man’s name is thats taken my order each time in the drive through is.
But he is by far the happiest, nicest, polite, and pleasant fast food worker ive EVER encountered in my whole life.
Every time ive been to this location hes been nothing but nice to me, and the others ive heard him speak to.
I will find out his name I’m sure the next time I come in.
But this young man definitely deserves a raise, or a really good holiday bonus.

I came here a few times before and the service was great, but tonight I asked for a famous bowl and they were out, I then kept asking for different meals and they were mysteriously out of them, I then settled on chicken tenders cause she said that she had them, then I waited 12 minutes in the drive through only to find out they didn’t have any chicken tenders left? So I just wasted quite a bit of time getting out there cause I’m not super close only to get nothing. Idk who was working tonight, but the other times I came, the staff was very kind and respectful. Tonight felt very rude the way she told me, and the fact that I waited to get nothing was a bit frustrating. I’m only leaving 3 stars for the service cause there are very nice people working there at night too, it was just tonight.

Now first I’d like to thank the Supervisor or Manager that worked from 8:08pm to about 8:30pm on December 11,2025 that was the time I’d arrived to the drive through. She was professional, and efficient although she may have not liked my approach she deserves to be acknowledged positively. Unfortunately the young lady with the dreads, a bad attitude, and an ignorant disposition might need to find new employment! Not only was her communication terrible but her problem solving skills express why she’s currently employed at a fast food facility and may stay in the same spot for the rest of her natural born life. She might seem more suitable mopping floors, doing dishes, or shutting up and actually learning to place an order properly. Anyway thanks but do better!

Very unprofessional. Asked for extra crispy. Was told they only had original ready. I said I was ok waiting. The response was ok, 35 mins, you ok with that. I just left. I was coming here a couple times a week because I only eat chicken and was super excited about the return of the BBQ. Won’t be back.

A complete waste of time. I placed my order & get to the window to pay so I can get my food. I checked the order & of course it was wrong. I let the person at the window know so he takes it back to correct it. Still wrong. I told him this is still not right, he try again. WRONG. I asked for my money back so he had to have a manager to do the refund, wrong amount returned. I gave her the original receipt to get the full correct amount. The manger did not say a word, or attempt good customer service. Never again, I will NOT ever return.

Ordered through the KFC app and my food was ready as soon as I arrived. Everything tasted fresh and hot, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Smooth and easy experience!
