Cool vibes and hearty food.
Service and atmosphere:
Service was friendly and quick.
The place is located in the area that has a few different eateries next to each other which gives it food hall like vibe but in a good way. The food is served at the bar area.
Food and drinks:
The pho soup was good and didn’t disappoint. Soft noodles and thin sliced meat. The broth was balanced and had good amount of garnish. A bit of chilli sauce did the trick too.
Spring rolls were good but the peanut sauce was too salty.
Pricing:
Just right.

Thank you Tomas for a wonderful dining experience. The broth was absolutely tasty! This place has wowed me with their shrimp spring rolls! I have never been to a place where they add a crunchy additive to the dish, it complimented the spring roll oh so well!

My wife and I first date was here and we struck gold. This is definitely the best pho and spring rolls place we both have ever been to in our lives (haven’t ordered anything else yet). We come back regularly and can’t say enough good things about this place. We apparently just missed the owner so I didn’t get a chance to thank him. Thank you. You made the goat pho joint. I have recommended this to everyone. 10/10

Had the pho tai and added brisket. Flavorful broth. The rice noodle was a little overcooked for my preference but was still good. Great, friendly, and fast service. The Bravery location is a little loud making conversations a little difficult but over all good experience.

Drunken Pho makes the best pho in downtown Houston since Bouray’s. One could live on the combination pho with meatballs.

Shrimp spring rolls and sauce were OK but ordinary. There were too much vermicelli and vegetable in comparison to the three half-sliced shrimps. The portion could be better if the ratio was adjusted. There are better places for spring rolls with specially made sauce unfortunately.
My friend thinks that the beef pho was good!
Chicken vermicelli could be better as the meat was not well seasoned and so a little dry and plain to the palette. It’s still a good dish considering the portion but just not as tasty as one has expected.
There are plenty of good Vietnamese restaurants elsewhere so this comes out real ordinary. I guess I had too much expectations because of the prices we have paid.

It’s me and my girlfriends favorite spot for pho. I like spicy and they will accommodate even if it’s not on the menu to make it spicy. Pork spring rolls are massive. It’s fantastic!

This was my first time trying pho and it was delicious although I will say I have nothing to compare it to. Staff was friendly. I got the chicken pho and added brisket was it was very good. It’s located inside a small food hall in downtown so you know parking is a hassle.

This place was closed twice when I went here. Closed early on Saturday and not open for lunch on Sunday. A cold weekend in Houstand and a hot bowl of pho would have been perfect. Guess I’ll never know…
I understand that the weather was out of their control, but would have liked some form of communication. There was nothing on google, the website or social media. And when i called the number listed, no one answered and there was no voicemail….
