I don’t know what the heck happened.But if you ordered two cheeseburger meal, you should have cheese on it.All I got was a burger with ketchup, and some onions.Definitely check before you leave the location.Especially since salting, the fries is a hard one also, but they want that fifteen dollars an hour

Though staff is usually nice the service is typically fairly poor with mistaken orders abound. And failure to oblige sales other McDonald’s in the areas are currently having.
They also charge extra for many things like toppings other McDonald’s do for free or if they do charge it’s much less then what this one in Capac charges. And they typically don’t even give you extra or if they do it basically nothing.
I’ve literally ordered Mcdoubles with extra pickles and gotten them with two pickles total on it. Then they charge you 0.30 for it…
I’ve also gotten Mcdoubles which are supposed to come with pickles (Note how that is a Plural word) and only gotten one small ‘Pickle’ on it.
The worse though was one time about a year ago getting a breakfast meal from them and finding some ball of blank gunk stuck inside the bag.
I went inside to complain and the lady I talked to apologized and explained that it was probably from the grease trap she had just cleaned and that she forgot to wash her hands after. (I think she was a manager too, she was wearing light grey.)
Are you kidding me!? You clean a grease trap and don’t even wash your hands before handling my or anyone elses food!? That is absolutely inexcusable, unsanitary and unacceptable.
Then she literally took my food out of the bag with the grease ball on it and put it in a new bag and sent me on my way. Didn’t even make new food…
I was pretty ticked but didn’t press the issue as it’s one of the only places to get food in town or coffee in a jiffy. And I didn’t want to have worse stuff happen to my food.
I am writing this now though as I haven’t had to eat there for awhile and as such I don’t have to fear scrupulous things happening to my food.
Overall though the McDonald’s in Capac is absolutely horrible and many people in town refuse to eat there because of it.
Everything is an extra charge, orders are constantly messed up. They fail to honor sales many other McDonald’s are having. Food tends to be dry or stale, and it has very questionable sanitary standards.

Just got a Mchicken today with extra pickles on it and I find not only a single pickle on it. But a bonus hair stuck in my mayo… Yum…

Unfortunately this is a location that has a reputation for messing up at least one thing per order… Something they at really have a problem doing for you is giving you an ice water with meals or kids meals. They either don’t want to do it at all our push you to pay extra for a bottled water. It’s ridiculous. Tell them no & that yes you can give me an ice water. Lol. Anyway, the location is very convenient but ALWAYS check your whole order before you leave because something will not be right & check the receipt to make sure you didn’t get charged for any extras.

Seems like I always have issues when I go here! Either wrong food or missing food. Today I got a happy meal and they didn’t put Apple slices in bag and also no sauce for the nuggets! My daughter was very unhappy!

Always messes up order, food often cold due to having to wait a long time for it to come out, and just received a cheeseburger with no meat. This has been a problem since they were attached to BP.

I dont know whats happened to this place in the last year, new manager perhaps? Anyways. This place was actually decent for fast food last year. Everything was hot and fresh. Always.
In the last year it has started to slip and badly within the last few months.
I always tell them “i want fresh, i dont mind waiting” its bad enough you can wait 5-10 min, get home and fries suck. Seems as if theyve been in the warmer all day or swept up from the floor. Nuggets are rocks or burgers been chewed by someone else OR they mess your order up completely. If im going to wait, please make it fresh! 9/10 x they pull me forward anyhow. Everytime they pull me forward they forget condiments! EVERYTIME!! How you forget sauces on a 20 pc nugget is beyond me! Today i got my order of fries thrown at me. No have a good day, sorry for your wait nothing! Just “order of fries” she throws it at me Nd walks runs , yes runs back inside. How professional… To top it off, she was a manager. Good leader ship skills!

Extraordinarily stinking and unpleasantly dirty men’s washroom. A perfect fit for a country-side hole in a Third World country. Mediocre and typically luke warm (unless one emphasizes that it needs to be fresh and hot!) food. Since the outfit appears to be operated by at times not very bright high school pupils, one should, most likely, not expect much more. Best avoided, unless on is in REALLY dire situation.
