The owners and staff are very friendly and the store is well kept and clean. I loved the drawings up on the wall by children that visit. It gives a nice family touch. Would highly recommend the 5 layered Gelati with mango and blue raspberry with vanilla custard. Absolutely delicious!

Never returning ! My daughter ordered a large by mistake I asked could I get a small and they refund the difference. The guy told me he can’t he doesn’t know how??? Okay whatever! I said just give me a small cup it was for my toddler literally didn’t need a large. I get not even two seconds to the car and it’s a piece of hair right on top blended in the custard! let’s just say I was denied a refund and got a small just for it to have a hair! Threw it out ! First and LAST time. Had I not been in a rush to a family event I would’ve pushed for a refund at that point t because that’s nasty ! Check your cups people!!

Great spot in Mooresville for a sweet treat. Super clean and friendly staff. The lady from England behind the counter was really nice and was an amazing mixologist. She suggested a cheesecake custard with strawberry toppings! We will be going back !

I travel Over 30 minutes to come to this one and let me tell you the drive is nothing because its always good!

Recently moved to the area and was worried that I would not be able to get Rita’s. Found this one is the closest to me and after a rough work day ventured out to get some. Everyone was welcoming and so friendly. Great atmosphere and of course the custard and ice hit the spot! Completely made my day better! Looking forward to visiting often!

Kris & Randy Miara are the proprietors of this fine establishment they have created. I’m from N.Y but & Rita’s is a staple mark there I currently reside in Winston-Salem. I traveled 1 hr to get here from Winston Salem & it was well worth the ride. The exterior & interior is appealing to the eye. What brings this all together are these 2 amazing people who are excellent hosts . They are intentive to your needs, curiosity, informative about the products and go out of their way to be helpful. I highly recommend this location and I’m just under 30 days from my last visit and preparing for my next visit within five days to restock. Thank you guys for doing all that you do to make your customers experience a pleasant one.

Took my family here today for a treat and was very pleased with the dairy and egg free options for my son who is allergic. Store was super clean and had nice activities for my kids to enjoy. Definitely recommend it
