Great street tacos! The carne asada (steak) tacos had a good cut of meat and choice seasonings. The pricing is reasonable and you can’t beat the flavor, including those green and red hot sauces. I will have to return and sample more of their menu.

The super tacos and super burrito were great as well, just a little smaller than our usual taco trucks- but still excellent. Very authentic flavor and a shady spot to enjoy our meal. I have a certain standard as to what tacos should taste like along with the salsa and not just the meat. La Piedad exceeds all my standards. The salsas both green and red are Not to mention the fast service and chill atmosphere. Highly recommend Tacos La Piedad. Top 5 Taco Truck in all Canyon/Ada county and i’d go as far as to say all of Idaho. I recommend the Tacos Al Pastor .

Very good mexican food. I ordered 4 carnitas tacos and a carne asada burrito. I’ve never had beans inside my taco before. Not refried beans. But they were delicious. The tacos were thick and filling. So much so that I did not have room to eat the burrito. Guess I’ll eat it for breakfast. The red salsa is my favorite, although I also enjoyed the green salsa.

Ahhh, La Piedad. The taco truck I always pass by but never stopped at to get a bite. I always rate taco trucks by buying a torta and a taco and oh man this place did not disappoint. I did order by phone and the guy that took my order was the same who gave me my order and he showed good service. Thank you. I do wanna know… Do you guys have a hotter salsa? This place is hands-down the best spot for birria tacos in Caldwell. I’ve tried them all, and nothing compares. The balance of cheese and meat is perfect, and the birria has that deep red color it’s supposed to have. The consomé comes in a generous portion, and the price is absolutely worth it compared to other places. The staff is always friendly, and the food is always HOT. This is the only place I go for birria tacos!
